And you said 130 is your goal weight. That's close to mine 127 to 135, 130 would be fine if my body recomposition takes that abd hold it there. So best to try lower macros of 65/35 or 60/40 over the 80/20 or 70/30. I still gotta try to figure out how to put that into actual food portions oh and the Calories. I really like simple just eating till comfortably stuffed so basic and simple no tracking 😩 I am losing still but put on 7 pds after first initial weight loss of water fasting and detoxing mostly for 40 days with a few eating times for 10 days in October/November 15 pds probably just water fasting. 30 total so far since June, October till now keto carnivorish before that just cutting back carbs and sugars mostly. Now doing a 4 month carnivore challenge with Jenny Mitich her goal is 130 as well!

A lot is mindset, I’ve been keto over 4 years, I’m more ketovoire now, with a little bit of veggie with dinner. I slip in and out of carnivore, Don’t want to be that strict all the time. Be more flexible for social reasons. No one really knows. They see me as a health nut. I skip breakfast. And have always worked out, since the 70s. I find it is a mindset. Initially, it was a diet, now it’s more about health and lifestyle. I do track off and on. I’m more consistent now. I’m up early, having my morning coffee and plan my day and it’s set. It’s a relaxing me time, also helps with making a grocery list each week. I’ve been doing this so long, it’s just life. I do cheat a little bit on vacation and holidays, so far I haven’t this year, but it’s Christmas Eve and I have a party planned. But making 3 carnivore dishes for myself and don’t plan to imbibe in any alcohol and sweets. if I cheat a little, that’s ok too. Every New Year’s Eve, we go out, I’m more keto, couple glasses of red wine, steak, salad, it’s all good…
