Thanks for sharing the message on hair systems Jake it has given me to take the confidence plunge and get one. After months of watching your videos I am going for my initial consultation at a salon on Saturday. Very excited even if I will have to wait 12 weeks for the system to arrive

I don't hear color discussed much once these hairpieces are attached. Even if Ahmad's hairline was perfect, the color still gives it away. You can tell when he swings around that the red tint is very obvious and that reddish-rust tint is not rare. From the back and sides, I can tell when this color difference exists (so can you) and it does a lot with people with darker hair who wear toupees. Not so much black, because that is easier to match. But when it is any hint of brown, the hairpiece has that rust tint.
For people like Jake, this is great. His hair has the red (not brown) tone that goes with the hairpiece. I got one from Hair Club years ago and I had an immediate replacement made for this reason. I had brown hair, not red, so it did not match and neither did the replacement. I ended up having to die my hair and the hairpiece in order for them to match. That was after giving specific samples of my hair all around and paying $1500 for it. Because of what dye does over time, it was just a bigger hassle to deal with than it should have been. I ultimately relocated and took that opportunity to stop wearing glued-on toupees. I'll try again later maybe. I'd rather have other things that money could buy right now.

Hi Jake, LH are making bad quality stock units atm... v-loops on skin systems are clumped together like dolls hair and big gaps between the loops. Just a heads up seeing as you're sponsoring them

I just ordered two systems, asked for the same cut in, one was completely different from the other, first one was great but didn’t last, second one looked terrible and I took photos and sent to them, they won’t do anything and are saying they need to inspect the system, the system is now one and a Half months old so they’re going to blame wear and tear

@@JakeKent I tried to share a youtube URL with you but it's not allowing it. Search "Stickonhair a second opinion" into youtube...he's got exactly the same issue. I returned 2x units for the same reason... v-loops packed with too many hairs, looking like dolls hair, and too much scalp exposure due to big gaps between v-loops

@@goat2503 There is a real issue at LH currently. It sadly does not surprise me about your faulty systems. I've been consistently receiving them since October, inferior in every way and I question their quality control -or lack off., These systems are being poorly manufactured by unskilled people and then pushing them out at inflated prices ( blaming Covid again ! ) in the hope that many will put up with the drop in quality as no other company has stock. I've returned two units from them almost 3 weeks ago and they claim not to have received them. If they do not refund me for at least one they will lost a customer for life.

The problem is finding someone to cut it in. Ive asked a few salons and they act as if they never heard of hairpieces. Even the uppity ones. By the time i get back to you maybevwe can talk sbout the mono fir me. Remembering i was synthetic. And you the picture i sent you. Im about 90% white. Thanks.

Hey Jake, thanks for your videos , they are really helping me. I’m wondering if you have a video or could make a video on the differences of hair systems like what’s the differences between lace, silk, skin, mono etc, and what is best for you? I find it all very confusing when navigating websites to buy one, thanks a lot.

Hey Jake, I wanna buy a hair system but I only want to buy one to wear once a week maximum or one that will look good under a cap. The reason for this is I can get away with wearing a cap most of the week because I primarily just work at home and I am a fan of wearing caps anyway if that makes sense. Which hair system should I look at buying. Thanks.

I have posted the same question on the last 5 or more videos and had no comment replies. Again apologies being in an anxious mindset of a ‘new wearer’ brings out the worst and makes you desperate you know? And thanks for taking the time make a video I look forward to seeing it

Hey Jake I just wanted to ask you, is it possible to have a system attached only to your receeding temples?
I found some offers on Lord Hair for customizable hair pieces and I was thinking why shave the entire front part if i only have slight receeding on my temples.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, honestly i am new to the hair loss thing, thanks anyway mate.

Actually, Lordhair has an extra light density mono that I've purchased several times and love. They also look very natural. That very first mono system you showed us in this video was fantastic! I will tell you though, you will definitely not get a year out of one. You won't even get six months. Thanks, another great video!

It looks okay, but it's still obvious to me. I always seem to be able to tell hair transplants and hair systems. Which is why I've chosen to never do either. Better to look natural than something that looks like a hair hat. And the sweat and oils that can build up under the system is unacceptable to me.
I would love to see something that looks natural, lasts for a few months and is easy to keep the scalp clean, but it doesn't exist yet.
    That have to hurry.
    I'm almost 70. 😄
