Sitting at my desk for hours every day during covid has made my back feel all out of sorts. This flow is perfect and so much of the earlier tightness is gone. Thank you Cat!

Awesome class, thanks! Def not my hamstrings so much as my spine and the muscles around the mid back. It was a struggle doing the curling, not painful but almost, and just not so comfortable to roll down, had to use my breath a lot. But it feels better now, thank you!

I've done this twice, last night and this morning. I've struggled with chronic pain in my back body for years from long distance running and over-exerting my body. I have tried isolated stretches through yoga for each of my tight areas, but this was the first yoga sequence I've done for the posterior chain, specifically. I haven't felt this kind of relief in years. Thank you so much for creating this video!

I did not expect to find my back very tight, but I actually have quite a tight lower back! who knew! thanks for this flow, it gave me a good start to working on my lower back.

Thank you Cat! This is one of my favorite flows for days when I feel really tight. I have really tight shoulders/neck/lower back and sometimes I wake up with terrible tension headaches and it can be hard to know what to do. Could you possibly do a flow targeting these areas? Something for days when you feel like you can barely move but know that your body needs to stretch out. Would be a life savor for me! Thanks for all your flows, they've really gotten me through 2020.

I've been after a practise like this for ages, my hammies and calfs are always tight. After 4 days of doing this I feel loads better to go about my day, less stiff in the back and my legs feel really light. Thank you

Really enjoyed the stretches in this sequence. I was looking for ways to ease a discomfort in my coccyx. Doing this video helped me realise the tightness all up and down my spine. Will do this again as i feel a tiny bit looser. Thanks again for posting great videos like this!

I just got my yoga block and my resistance bands yesterday so I used them today in this stretch, and I was not prepared for a forward fold being so painful (I never could do it, and I couldn't reach my toes so today I used the band and omg something in my back area is reaaaally tight)

Wow my back was tight! Rounding the spine felt a little uncomfortable, but also just what I needed! Probably my own fault for forgetting to stretch after climbing yesterday... Thank you!! Also really like using a strap - I've never really known how to use them properly so normally avoid it. xx

Been having issues with posterior tightness and thought it was time to give Yoga a try. This routine helped ease the tightness in my neck (possible serratus posterior superior) i will be doing this every day till my tightnesss has gone.
Is there anything special to hit the serratus posterior superior and inferior as im sure thats where my tightness comes from

The tightness does definitely come from the hamstrings, but they're feeling a-ma-zing right now

Cat Meffan! I’ve been sleeping on a lumpy futon for about three years now and even though I’ve finally thrown it out and sleep on a real bed, my back wakes up SUPER stiff and achy every morning. I’ve been doing yoga almost every morning to combat it, but I think three years of bad treatment is harder to tackle. Do you think you can show us a flow designed for very intense upper and lower back pain? For example when I do side stretches while i sit, my back scREAms at me and starts cracking in all kinds of ways. I’m 21. I miss my back heath :( is there any yoga flow we can try for this intense problem? Hope you got the chance to read it. Thanks in advance if you did!
