    I accidentally quit yoga for 3 months and noticed my posture has gotten so much worse, my headaches returned as well. Thank goodness for Yoga With Adriene, not sure if I could get back into it without these videos. ❤❤ Thank u Adriene!

    I'm 59 years old and have only just started really getting involved in yoga. I have to say I am really enjoying your videos and am finding that I am able to do movements which seemed impossible not that long ago. For a woman like me who has lost an enormous amount of weight (40kg, thank you), it is such a wonderful confidence builder to feel as though my body is finally happy with me :) Thanks and keep up the great work.

    I was looking for a new short video for a morning practice. Been quite lazy in the last six months of winter. This was an unexpected workshop rather than a short flow but it has certainly clicked my joints as I tried to really engage core and dunder! When l don’t just blast through an old established routine it’s a real eye opener. Thanks for this.

    Adriene, I started doing 30 days of yoga because of my back pain. I`m only at day 8 now but I already see some positive results - my back pain is almost gone! I love your videos and you look like a really nice, positive, beautiful and inspiring person. Keep on the good work.

    After a few years of practicing yoga, it is amazing to revisit posture foundations and find out how much better you can feel by pating attention to details you might end up overlooking when rushing to the next pose during regular practice!

    I've been trying to stay showing up on the mat, but after a month of not doing it, I feel my posture is worsening. Since yesterday I came back, showed up two days in a row. And today practice was exactly what my inner voice was claiming.

    I love the mind body connection I have been developing over the last few months. My yoga during started as a new years resolution to do yoga everyday for a month. I was surprised by how much it helped me not just with stretching and strengthening but also helping me deal with stress and having a happier outlook on life. Thanks for being the daily change in my life.

    Dear Adriene
    I started doing yoga about 6 weeks ago and I have recently been watching your videos. I have been having lower back problems for over 2 years now due to sport injury. I've gone through several physical therapies but have helped little. I join you in your videos and follow along. Your lower back pain videos have helped to relief pain for the day. It would be amazing and mean a lot to me and others who have this problem if you can help us with stretches that relief lower back pain or even body tension in one of your upcoming videos.     Adriene, I have been an on and off yogi for most of my adult life but since doing your 30 days yoga challenge I've finally settled for a daily yoga routine. I have a quite serious case of scoliosis and, to my great delight, I've noticed lately that my back problem is getting less visible and it's also less painful! People close to me remarked this as well and I've also got compliments for my improved posture. By the way, would be great if you could make a yoga for scoliosis (or other similar conditions) video.     I've been a part of the Yoga with Adriene community for about 7 months now, and I definitely feel more enthusiastic about yoga as a whole, and feel more aware of my body and health. I tried to take a break from the videos and do my own practices for a while, but realised, even though I knew the poses, I wasn't really getting into them as much. The videos really help me to remember my breath, and really get into the moment with yoga, rather than just rushing through it. So thank you so much to the Yoga With Adriene Team! X

    Thank you for clarifying so many aspects of these poses, with the emphasis on the spine. My in-person yoga teacher used to say, "Young spine, young you." I think he is right.

    I know I've said thanks a bunch, but thanks again for Yoga With Adriene. Today my mom, my grandmother, and I together did some of her videos. It was so sweet seeing my Grandma able to do something my mom and I could do. Adriene didn't make her feel ashamed of the fact that she isn't as strong or flexible as she used to be. The "do what feels good" and take it your own pace vibe was very up lifting. I owe you thanks for that touching experience I was able to have today with my Grandma.

    I’ve been doing your videos every night the last couple of weeks and my body feels SO amazing… but even better, my mind is more calm than it’s ever been. I do anywhere from 10-60 minutes every night before bed and I can feel myself getting stronger, more flexible, and more at ease- and my sleep is improving. I was so excited during this video because I was able to get every pose and feel so capable! It felt like it flew by.

    I found your channel earlier this year. I started with the 30 days of yoga and I've been hooked on your channel since. I had tried different videos and DVDs but none has inspired me as much as yours. Through your channel along with mindful eating (without being a freak about it ;) I've watched my body transform. Two weeks ago I suffered a back injury that got me a not-so-free ride to the ER via EMS - worst day ever! But since then I've used your videos for back pain, posture, and healthy spine; and today after one of your videos I found myself saying, "I'm back!" Thank you Adrienne for your beautiful spirit and your inspiration. I'm a fan for life and I hope to attend one of your classes in Austin one day. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Namaste...

    I have a request. I love your channel Adriene, it’s been life changing. I have a lot of stress at work, with long hours, different locations (film), lots of lifting and running around, and I sometimes find myself getting to the end of the day with so much tension in my solar plexus, lower lungs and stomach that it gives me terrible indigestion, even IBS and difficulty breathing. This is coming from the combination of all the things I have to do at work. I’m sure I’m not the only person with such a busy, energetic and on your feet job, and you’ve sort of skirted around this particular problem, many of your videos help, and collectively help a lot, but you’re so amazing I wonder if you could dedicate one to us active, fit, busy, tired achy workers?

    I have to say, I just did this video and I have a very problematic back, and recently I found out my neck is just as bad. This helped to ease some of the constant pain I feel on a daily basis and I do feel like I sat a little taller by the end of it. Thank you!

    excellent! even though i ve been doing yoga with you for about 2 years, it was only with this video that i fully understood what you were saying (like how to "claw through the fingertips"). i would welcome more videos of tips for moves you use, and videos of posture improvements. also i'd love to hear more often about the energetic body. love you adriene!

    This is such important videos to me - guided training in the fundamentals as a beginner is so hard to find. I can totally use what you just told me during the day when Im getting sore and running out of energy.     I've been doing HIIT and strength training for a couple of months now, but today decided to return to the practice that really is in my heart (yoga). This practice really helped me see how much stronger I've gotten; I felt what you describe at the end of the video--I was able to engage more fully. It makes me want to make yoga a regular practice again for myself, but now accompanied with these other kind of exercises. When I first started yoga several years ago, I wasn't doing HIIT or strength. I now see what I was missing! Thanks Adriene!

    Hi Adriene, thank you for this video, I have been 'too busy' to do yoga for the last couple of months and this video was the first one I actually engaged with in a long time. Your voice and personality is so calming and rejuvenating. I sometimes feel emotional during practice with you, as if yoga was slowly but surely breaking down a wall somewhere inside me. I can't really explain. I'm grateful for your videos and for being able to practice with you.

    I never thought I would feel so comfortable and relaxed while doing a "fitness" video of any kind. I had friends who tried to get me to do workout videos and go to the gym and do hardcore cardio and it was just never right for me. I never felt like I was gaining more than just soreness and sweat. I have been consistently practicing through your videos for about 6 months now and I have never felt happier with myself and my body. You are fun and kind and I always feel good both in mind and body when I finish a video. You always give us lots of options, which I love! Also, I have severe joint pain in both knees, and since I've been consistently doing your vids, I haven't had any pain. It's incredible. Thank you for everything! I have noticed my body wanting to sit up straighter and with more integrity...it's becoming the normal shape that my spine wants to be in, as opposed to a slump. Thank you for the mental and physical boost I get every day!

    These poses were very rewarding for me, & exactly what I needed. I have been working nonstop for 4 days, while also trying to achieve a few life goals outside of that work as well, and it's so easy forget to take a moment and center yourself.     I started your yoga through advice from a friend. I'm a runner and also have injured my back in a bike accident. This was the first time I stopped and focused for once. Man I should do this more. I focus so much on the flow but I see these can help improve my form and feel the energy. Love it and will be trying more of these.

    Adriene, I started practicing YWA online a few weeks ago and wanted to tell you what a difference it has made for me already. I really enjoy the morning yoga right as I get out of bed.     Thanks, Adriene! I had a rough time coming to the mat today. Started another video and fell asleep. Shifted to computer work when I woke. Then lunchtime, decided to try try again. While I utterly failed to follow the video, i *did* manage to get a good stretch, tossing in a few down dogs and binds. I guess I just needed an accountability partner today!     Hi Adrienne! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and commitment to this community here. I'm an opera singer, restructuring my breath after starting with a new teacher as I prepare for audition season. I use your videos daily to connect to body awareness before practicing vocally, but today especially I found this concept of Danda to be especially helpful and essential to accessing the pelvic floor through connection to the tailbone.     I lost my yoga stride for awhile, and I am realizing now that I am back in my stride that I had to be away from it to go deeper into it. I am humbled by the fact that after just 1 month I am stiff and opened to my mind to the real stillness of yoga. I am not a robot nor is yoga. So now I can be more real for others because of “falling off the wagon”

    Hi Adriene, I have been following you for about 6 months now. I used to live in a town with a great yoga studio but I now live remote and don't have one. I follow you am do lots of your videos but this is my first comment I've left. I really enjoy your teaching style! I found this video very helpful and liked how much depth you gave such simple postures. Thanks for sharing!

    Adriene, I LOVE your videos! I have practiced yoga off and on for many years, and have yet to fall into a consistent, comfortable practice. Lately I've been especially, well, lazy, and haven't been taking as good care of myself as I should. your videos have helped motivate me from a very unmotivated place. You are so funny and easy going, I feel like I can not only follow along to your videos, but it feels like I actually have a friend doing it with me, which makes it so much easier to get through tough poses or mental blocks. I also really appreciate that you have so much variety in your videos -- it seems I can always find the perfect one for my mood or situation. Thank you so much for sharing your practice, passion, and wonderful self!

    This is my first Yoga with Adriene video. I've never encountered a yoga video quite like this and I really liked it. I have been doing very basic yoga for over 20 years and have recently begun to expand my practice and commit to a daily dose. It really is life changing, but so many channels - even those with routines for beginners - don't take the time to really get into the nitty gritty like you just did. Besides being a creative and spiritual person, I'm also an analytical person who thrives on understanding the science and structure behind the yoga practice. From this first video, I'm thinking you checked all the boxes.

    Hi Adriene, I found your channel through a youtuber, Rachel Whitehurst, she made a video about dealing with anxiety and mentioned that your videos help her a lot. I also struggle with anxiety but I mostly suffer from a sore back constantly and headaches which I'm sure stems from my awful posture. I'm not sure how I ever let it get so bad but I never noticed until my partner mention how bad it looked the other day.
    Anyway, I just joined you in this video and I feel as though I have opened up an important door in my life that I need to visit every day. Thank you very much. I am so overjoyed at how I feel that I think I may indulge in another video before I go to bed.
    You're an incredible motivator because of your honest serenity and positivity. I hope your channel can help me become a positive person, this is also something I struggle with. Have a wonderful day, thank you.

    That was a brilliant video, I loved it ❤ my body feels so much more awake and alive . I have Fibromyalgia and struggle a lot with pain in my back .
