  • Stay fit at home with this high intensity kickboxing workout, no equipment needed! Working through 30 second work intervals and 15 second rest intervals, we will push your aerobic fitness with by combining kickboxing combos with calisthenic exercises to work full body cardio. A great workout for women that are looking to keep their workout routine fun and effective.
    This is workout 12 of the Push Up Challenge.

    Well, good again. I did not enjoy the sprawl pushups during but I was glad at the end. lol. Just the right amount.
