Thank you for catching that! It cooks at high pressure for 1 hour, 20 minutes. Quick release, then carrots go in.
So 20 minutes to cook roast plus 10 more with vegetables total 30 minutes to cook?
@@mra5247 no, she said a hour and 20 mins. Release pressure add your vegetables then cook for 10 mins longer.
