On your website with the recipe you said the first couple times you made this it was a flop -- but you didn't say why except to hint that it had something to do with a lesson you had to learn about the lemon and the baking powder. Thank you for your video Just wanted to let you know that I proof my yeast first. I heat the water in the microwave to about 110 degrees. Remove it and add the sugar and yeast, then return it to the microwave (DO NOT TURN ON) and let it proof for about 10 minutes, Then I dump it in the bread machine pan and add the remaining ingredients. I found that I get a better bread this way. FYI
