@@dxisyxo6518 blonde shampoo does not lighten hair. It only cancels out the yellow in hair that is already bleached - since purple is the opposite of yellow, it neutralizes it making it for gray/silver. If you just slabbed blonde shampoo on dark hair it would do virtually nothing. If you want lighter hair you will have to get it bleached :)

Technically not, they’re just very close in color. Platinum blonde is the lightest possible shade of blonde, it’s almost white but still visibly blonde and white hair is just flat out white. There’s about like a one level difference in the two colors.
You should have used some brassy hair color to start cuz if someone has really brassy orange hair then ur worst shampoo would be that person's number one go to ,this video should be for maintaining blonde not helping brassy blonde , think some1 is a natural blonde hahaaa
Purple shampoo should be used to maintain, shouldn’t really be used to tone brassy orange hair as it won’t do much at all - this is what a toner would do! X

It makes it a little more silvery but doesn’t turn it purple or too grey :)

Lightening with bleach is the only REAL way to lighten your hair. Depending on how light you want to go depends on the level of developer you use.
