I love that he doesn’t just point out people’s mistakes but he also shows you how to fix them. Not a lot of people out there do that
I agree but one thing that I always would like to tell him is that he talks like if everyone has the same hair texture, everyone is different. There is some stuff that he calls mistakes that has worked for not just my hair but other people.

Fun fact: we use (horse safe) purple shampoo on horses to make their white sections/socks/patches whiter and brighter! It is an essential step before heading off to the horse show!!
That explains the patchy lilac sort of look I saw on some horses, the more you know lol.

that first girls hair was actually such a nice colour to begin with. the thickness and the tone reminded me of Daphne from Scooby Doo (which I 100% mean as a compliment, Daphne was hair goals)
When I was a child I always assumed Daphne was mixed (Asian and white). Didn't realize she wasn't until they started showing their parents. (Edit: I'm not assuming the girl in the video is Asian. It was just a random thought, and I wanted to see if others also thought that.)

I put purple conditioner on for 10 minutes and it turned my hair purple. It took 2 or 3 washes to remove so no biggie since I wash my hair almost everyday

*Edit: I just had to consult with a skincare professional in Korea and found out that my skin tone is apparently called "Winter Cool Tone". So I guess Brad was right afterall asdfghjk im so shook.

I explain a bit more, in art a warm toned skin is with orange undertones, while cool toned have pink undertones - less saturated if you want. She looks warm toned because her skin has a very distinct orange tint.

I just got my hair dyed and was about to buy some overtone purple shampoo until I got this notif and I was like- maybe I can hold out on my purchase a little longer lol I need to watch this first 💀
Purple shampoo should be used once a month imo. It’s very drying for your hair and it only works on toning yellow out of your hair. A lot of people try to tone brassy orange tones down but purple will not do that.
If you want something that tones your hair I always recommend a L’Oréal po1 toner to be used with a 3% developer to tone and if it you want to lift 2 shades then 6% developer. The po1 leaves your hair shiny toned and silky. I use it in between visits from my stylist to keep my hair fresh.
Be careful with Overtone. It's expensive for what it is, and while I had great results with the orange and ginger overtone, I didn't have a good result with the espresso brown. I think the formula can be hit and miss, and there are weird things going around the internet/social media apps about what's actually in their formulas (as far as what the pigment actually is). And this is coming from someone who used to LOVE overtone and never had a bad result with it, even when getting my hair done at the salon (which some people have reported having issues at the salon with their hair because of the lingering overtone in their hair).
@@GodsFaveSim I use Overtone purple conditioner on my platinum blonde hair and I have NO ISSUES with it.
Brad is so nice, because half of the girls I think that their hair is HORRIBLE and patchy, and Brad just say "its kinda nice..."
I think he's considering because they did it at home and aren't pros he's giving them a little slack, I agree for not having access to quality pro products, like bleach, they actually did ok and if they used the right technique it wouldn't have came out so splotchy.

I’m low key disappointed I didn’t get a chance to try Brad purple shampoo when I had blonde hair. I’m naturally a platinum blonde so I have used about every purple shampoo out there. A few months ago I chopped off my hair and dyed it royal blue. If I ever go back to my natural blonde I will definitely be trying out his line!
