I subscribed coz he's one of the rare breeds that gets straight to the point without the unnecessary yapping. Got a 22inch Benq monitor. Will check out this stand. Thanks
😊👍🏾let me know how it works out
Appreciate, you review perfect. Don't forget to inform about it after some time, it maintains quality or loosens up. Cable management is such an imp point, how can manufacturer forget it.
Yeah, I don't know how they didn't think of cable management. Anyway, I'll keep you posted on how it holds up.🙂👍🏻
Flowlyf has similar stand and they fixed the cable management thing.
@@adhithasimhanraghavan7516 Are you happy with the Flowlyf product? I'm thinking to buy, but I don't know if its legitimately good. People are appreciating its build quality a lot, and after reading reviews I'm a little confused
Just found out your channel, very underrated
I agree. Help me change that by Subscribing 😁

i've been looking for budget monitor arm with height asjustment, never heard of this brand, thank you for a detail review
You're welcome. And yes, this is indeed very good.😊👍🏻
Hi, can you tell me the clearance between the metal beams n the edge of the table i have the same table so im not sure if it'll attach.
It's just around 3 cm. Seems sufficient for the clamp to grip tightly.
Hey i just ordered the product. its super damn good. and i just wanna know that should i buy extra HDMI cable if im gonna install it. my current cable is 2 metre (Comes with the monitor) and I am worried ill run out of cable when routing through 2 arms in that monitor arm
Yeah, you might need slightly longer HDMI cable so that it doesn't get tighter
i am having the same table issue , can you update how's that arm doing now ?, i have a 32 inch monitor
The arm has held up remarkably well. Good investment for my setup, no regrets.
Lower part has plastic cabinate i believe which holds all the cable in place! I have similar stand in the office and it has plastic sliders to manage all the cables. Check it once! Anyway m placing order of this for my homesetup!
Ohh, maybe you're right. I'll check it out😅👍🏻
@@TheHopelessGeek sent you photo on discord! My name is "indianboi" there
Ok, thanks.🙂
Did it work ?
We are watching your videos to buy a good stand and here you are laughing on other's comment
What is your table thickness and what will be the optimum thickness that u recommend. Also which desk material to prefer ?
My tabletop thickness is just around 1 inch and that's sufficient. Maybe a table around 2 inches thick would give a sturdier grip, but this one has held fine too, no issues.
i do not need to watch this but ILL WATCH IT ANYWAY
😄haha, thanks.
@@TheHopelessGeek I have a question about a keyboard so for gaming on my laptop should I buy a keyboard or will I stay good with the normal laptop keyboard bc I feel scared gaming on that laptop keyboard
There's no problem, laptop keyboards are designed to be pretty durable. But yeah, you're right. Its easier to replace an external keyboard 😅
Just found your channel after watching your monitor arm review on Amazon. Excellent keep it up. What is your feedback about lion head monitor arm after six months. Once again thanks for your detailed video review..
Hi Rajesh! Yes, I still use that same monitor arm. Never had to worry about it since installation. 🙂👍🏻
@@TheHopelessGeek thank you.
You're welcome 😊.
Does this company lions head resell north bayou or NB monitor arms as their own? or am I missing something
Yes, I think they're a seller/distributor for that product on Amazon.
Enjoyed the dad jokes... thanks for the tutorial
😂👍🏼 you're welcome
The more I watch you(your videos) the more I realise, you sure ur not my long lost brother?
🤘🏻😎I might be.
I ordered it and its good it wasnt same as the one i received even though i ordered from the link the video and the packaging to was bad.... and yet to try it out anyways the mount itself is very good but u need to check the manual properly and fix it ..
Yeah, the mount works quite well, even today, years later
That banana peel hurts bro 😢
😂🙏🏽
In your video 1:30 minutes. How many inches of wood should be left extra from that metal bar to fit the gasket comfortably.
Am getting same kind of table made from market which has metal support under wooden table top
It doesn't need much. Just around 2 cm would suffice. But since you can get it made, I suggest at least 4 cm to give enough space.

Next waiting for a good office chair suggestion for WFH !!
My thoughts exactly 😄
I just bought this product but I am unable to rotate my monitor to portrait. Can u please tell me which screw to loose inorder to make it rotatable
I don't see an adjustment mechanism near the four-screwed holder to losen it. Mine was quite workable out of the box. Maybe try lubricating it a bit.
@@TheHopelessGeek oh okay, I will try it
🙂👍🏾let me know if it worked
@@TheHopelessGeek how can I message you?
You can DM me on Instagram, if you wish. Same ID as the channel name.
Adding it to my list!!
I have the heavier one for my tv of the same brand. The plastic things came out though in the one that i have for cables and all
You could use velcro straps and zip ties to secure the cables better.🙂
can you rotate the moniter 180 degree like backward?
If the cables are secure at the back and managed in a way that they don't disconnect, then yes. Mechanically, there's no issue with rotation.
@@TheHopelessGeek got it, thanks!
🙂👍🏽no problem
Does it come with screws for the monitor?
Yes, it comes with two sets of screws, 4 each for standard and mini VESA mount.
What is your Long term review??
Still using it. Works great as day one. Pretty good purchase.
Nice video. Is this arm working good till date? I want to go for it to work on standing position. What is the max height monitor can be placed?
Yes, it works just like it did on the first day! Maximum height from the table to the bottom of the monitor is probably around 8 inches. It's way too tall to keep like that while sitting down with a 27 inch monitor 😅. Medium to low height is ideal.
Nice video man!
Thanks buddy 😊
Keep going bro ❤️
Will do mate.😀✌🏼
The cable management box is under lmao
You can open it and put ur cable inside it
Yeah, I realised it after I discovered an ancient tool called a screw driver. 😂 That said, the compartment is super cramped. It can barely hold two cables.
Can u give me a link to it pls
I left the Amazon India link to this one in the description.
Hello! I have one question, how do you turn your monitor from Landscape to Portrait? You just spin it, or do you have to loosen some screws first?
You can just spin it. The part attached with screws to the monitor has a rotating wrist.
@@TheHopelessGeekthabk you so much for the fast answer!
No problem ☺️
Is this arm still working fine? I am planning to buy one. Please let me know your one-year experience with this product.
Yes, it has held up fine till now. It's a little stiff to tilt the monitor up and down, but lateral movements are smooth 👍🏼
Question: with the Grommet installation, can i pass my cables thtought that hole, without drilling a different hole, cause my desk is attached to my wall.
I think the hole would have to be a bit bigger to pass the thicker power and HDMI cables.
Bit will i need to drill a seperate hole for cables other rhen the installation hole?
You can do that, yes. Just to ensure the cables aren't too tightly stuffed together.
Thanks man
😊no problem. Consider subscribing for more content 👍🏼
There should be a cable manager ! Too many cables 🙃 . What's the price
Yeah, I'm gonna work on that mess and move it underneath the table.😄👍🏻
what is the maximum tilt angle you got in this stand?
Probably around *30° from the center
what is maximum and minimum height variation it offers?
Minimum is it can keep a 27 inch monitor flush with the same table where it is mounted.
Maximum height from the table to the bottom of the monitor would be 11 inches.
Great 🤣 editing 👍
It's quite a simple "magic" trick but looks cool😂
AMBIENT LIGHTING WHICH SYNC WITH DISLPLAY MAKE A VIDEO
Hmm, good idea. I'll look for some.😃👍🏻
Bro help me i just bought the arm but I'm not getting how to fix it
I've showed the same in this entire video. Which part are you facing difficulties in?
@@TheHopelessGeek the arm itself
its not bending or turing 360 degrees
Have you tried loosening the joints using the Alan key?
@@TheHopelessGeek i did but can u give my ur insta so i can dm u
can this fit to my msi optix g241 monitor and this is 23.8 inch
Yes, it'll fit any Vesa mount compatible monitor up to 27 inches.
@@TheHopelessGeek thx
🙂👍🏼 anytime
whats the minimum height it can go down to?
It can make my 27 inch monitor sit flush with the tabletop.
This is a stupid question but will this stand work on 23.6 inch monitor ?
Yup, it will.😊
@@TheHopelessGeek **maximum** of 27 inch.
Yes.
Can we use this for curved 32inch monitor?
This one only supports up to 27 inches. There are 32 inch versions available, like this one. amzn.to/43wyzCB
Just make sure your curved monitor has a similar VESA mount on the back, and you're set. 👍🏼
@@TheHopelessGeek thank you!
🙂👍🏼 no problem
Can I use this for 27inch curved
Yes. As long as the wright doesn't drastically exceed 5 KG, it'll work
Bro it clearly shows it's from North Bayou
I guess the "lions head" name is the seller or distributor.
How is the arm working now?
Holding up the monitor quite well. No noticeable durability concerns🙂👍
@@TheHopelessGeek thanks
👍🏻
I think there's cable management with the arm. Can you check the manual?
ua-cam.com/video/3gUyCwVBjus/v-deo.html Is this the same model?
It looks very similar but it's a little different. Mine doesn't have those cable management slots.🙂
