Edit: I was a fool who chose the first job that accepted me and this subway is in a shopping area. Has a supermarket a discount store and just normal stores around us so we get a lot of people. It’s so much work for two people especially when orders pile up. There’s a lot of cleaning and protocol too surprisingly and it’s not just making sandwiches. Fuck subway. And fuck anyone who gets all the vegetables and orders 3+ sandwiches.

The problem was in how the teachers conducted their classrooms, how they were teaching, and being forced into the "one size fits all" scheme that is the common core system... The problems with public schools is not money; they're administrative issues.

Which proves my points and vindicates people who felt we were being fed a line of bullshit and did not want to participate in the mass delusion.

Especially when the laws and regulations governing their usage are equally broad and unspecific.

Thats not how it spreads, and that completely ignores the inconsistenties in how people actually wear them. If a fair study was done on real populations, im confident you would see cloth mask wearing actually increases community spread. But its hard to get that funding past the gatekeepers, let alone the fake news to report on something that goes agaisnt the narrative. People saying "believe the science" are the most mislead ignorant people in the conversation. If you actually understand science, you understand how this political bullshit is NOT science and has never been.

It's funny that he compared wearing a mask to wearing a seat belt, because around here, I have actually heard people say I was a pussy for wearing a seat belt. I have been through 5 or 6 wrecks in my life, wearing a seat belt, and only got scratches and bruises at the worse. My father's brother didn't wear a seat belt, and he was dead when the ambulance got there to the wreck which was comparable to some of my wrecks. I have wore a mask, and I haven't got COVID yet, but my brother is an anti-masker, and he has had COVID. He was coughing, sneezing, wheezing, and almost at a fatal temperature, while I got nothing. I don't believe that the mask stops you from getting COVID, but I do believe it lowers your chances, just like a seat belt lowers your chances of dying in a car accident.

I find it even more gratifying that the tik tok guy is actually in a Buccee's, a truck stop in Texas. This is in rural Texas, and the situation has gotten so dire that everyone else is wearing a mask except the lone maskless ranger and his viral spit cannon.
I’m from Central Texas. Mask laws are loosely enforced, I’ve never seen an incident of someone getting turned away or rebuked for walking into a business/store/restaurant without a mask. I think a lot people think of them as kind of a joke, considering that you have to wear a mask while walking into or around a restaurant but can take it off once you get to your table. That being said - most people I know, including myself, still follow the rules. I think people who make a big deal about them and put on a show about being anti-mask are just as dumb as anti-vaccinators or any other conspiracy theorists.
Where I work, you're punished for telling people to wear a mask. Large store chains are disgusting where they act like they enforce a law that's meant to stop the spread of a virus that can literally make males infertile and kill 1/20 people but don't because they "want to keep our customers happy".
