Decided to take on this job after watching this video . Now I see why you didn’t post the driver side install because it doesn’t have the same access hole as passenger side
But if you want to know if your strut is bad you can check to see if the strut is leaking and also push down on car and if it bounces more than three time its bad or going bad
My sentra didn't have the little cover to access the third bolt on top had to remove the whole vent no big deal, but just curious what would be the shop labor cost to do this job, I also replaced tie rods and sway bars
@@KillaCaff1 This job takes 2 hours TOPS and the hardest part is holding the strut assembly while installing the top 3 13mm bolts. Easiest $600 I've ever saved.
Hopefully 4 years later a veteran mechanic has shown you what a torque wrench is, and a "back up", and a mallot. Helpful Vid but I wouldn't pay u to do it.

How to know if the strut is blown. Could you show one? When you work on brakes can you see a blown strut? Thank you for the informative film.
The reason why i change that one was because it was bent

life saver
How much the labor cost ?
Very good video!
Can I just lift one side up with a jack and then the other one or do I need a lift like the one you used???
Yes you can lift one side and do it but when putting back the sway bar link try to lift both front wheel it make it easier to catch the link
@@DULLAHGOSOHARD ok thank you I’ll let you know how it goes.

Are all the year model Nissan Sentra using the same suspension, strut, wheel bolt pattern and wheel offset the same for front and rear?
not all of them are the same what year you have
Can this be the same as my 2016 versa
@@harrytinoa9236 yes if irs not the note
What if I can’t find that bolt under the black cover
@@harrytinoa9236 you wont be able to take it out

I have no idea everyone charges different prices
About 900 for struts and links installed by a shop
Add 150 for tie rods and 90 for alignment

Genial, me gustó.
en México una reparación así cuesta 500 por lado
25 US $ es miy barato!

U are good where u arr located? Like
Tighten with an impact, and no torque???
Mine has only one on top ?
That mean you have the note remove the one you have one instead of 3
Please get a mic, couldn't hear you! Thanks
What year is this Sentra?
It will be the same for what ever year you have
