is it possible to share the same module with 2 plc's? for example if we have a 16xDI module can we split it and give one byte to one plc and the other byte to the other plc. thanks
How to share io devices with 2 PLCs. For eg 1 et200sp has 3 di and 2 dq. Now I want to share this et200sp completely with both PLCs. Means PLC 1 and PLC 2 both can access all 3 di and 2 dq.
Hi Hegamurl, One question. I need to share a I/O Link master device but in your explanation at the end you set up the ports, some belongs to plc 1 and some others to plc 2. Now, can i share the same port whit both plcs?
hello hegamurl . in the actual state of this video with two different plc and one shared i/o device ; how to do if we want the twon plc to be able to excange informations together ?
I have one 1500f cpu having failsafe io also normal io on failsafe Other than that I have a 1511T processor i cannot connect the normal io to the 1511T processor due to mounting. Can i read non failsafe io in 1511T which are connected to failsafe CPU
I wonder where you learned all this. You reads books by Hans Berger? Or just from experience? Internet? What are you doing in your job? :) Just curious..
A little bit of everything. I have to admit though that I don't like reading the theory from books... I rather test and try out. Also the help function in TIA Portal is VERY helpful in my opinion!
Super explanation, I like your way of teaching.
Thanks for this great piece of work...I'm growing my Automation career thanks to you
you are actually amazing person and thanks a lot for the valuable content you share
Always a pleasure to see such qualitative video!
nice video i have learn a lot of things with, just for informations: to connect the two PLC we need PN/PN coupler.
I love your videos......clear to understand and follow up.
Make a video on Shift instructions in future thanks in advance
Thanks!
Will put shift instructions to my list!
Hi, why is the connection colour between Plc an ET200 different in each case?

Thank you very much sir for the information..more power to you.

Hi Hegamurl,

Simply said: No.
You will have to send the port data from one PLC to the other using communication between both PLCs
@@hegamurl7434 OK, so i will have to use get function on S7 communication. Thank you.
You Best! Thank You!
Amazing video. 1000 thanks

I'd like to know about pointers ans any pointers, can you make a vedeo about it ?
Your vedeos are amazing, keep doing this great job.
Thank you.
How those devices are connected to each other? PLC_1 is conntected to ET200 (port 1) and PLC_2 is connected to ET200 (port 2)?
yes I have the question same yours. Can you explain, Mr. Hegamurl?
I have one 1500f cpu having failsafe io also normal io on failsafe

Where ist the donation link or patreon?? :D:D
Let the channel grow a bit more 😇

Thank you for your video, but I have a question: How do PLC 1 and PLC 2 connect to the ET200 (physical connection)?
ET200S had two Ethernet slots
@@glatocha thank you!
Good video, was there a work around to connecting the two PLC’s?
Rockwell automation Allen Bradley is more easy then Siemens , more easy and friendly user but most people do not know
Does the interface module needs to be of high feature(HF) ??
Is this possible with ET200SP?
video is excelllent
It's mean that PLC_1 is connected to the first port of ET200s, and PLC_2 is connectred to the second port of ET200S in reality?
Is it possible to read the same input module from two controllers?
Good question. Anybody?
I think so yes because one input can be called more that one time, if both controllers and input are connected
Hi.
If you can please make clip about cpu redundancy.
Thankx a lot.
Very good idea, will put it on my list!
Sir , how we connect to Two ET200S Module to one CPU having one Profinet port, we have to use switch for it or what?
Depending on the ET200S module... they can have two ethernet ports and you could just daisy chain them. But a switch will also work fine
Hates Off to you Sir
Thanks!
13:43 PN Coupler must be used to connect 2 CPUs with same IP and Subnet.
nice guy
we need some videos about PCs 07
for god sake's why had you stopped talking about TIA Portal?
😄😄
