Corruscant was all i needed to hear
The devs said it wouldn’t be fully open world, but you can visit it from time-to-time. Like the Imperial Fortress from the first game, but more available.

Respawn gotta be one of my favourite developers of all time. They released a great game with tight budget, small amount of time, and publishers constantly wanting to intervene in the production. After that they listened to every single piece of feedback and fixed it in the sequel. Only two stances? Now there are five. Only ponchos as customisation? We get one of the most indepth customisation systems of past years. No fast travel? Not anymore. No dismemberment? Let's cut up some Stormtroopers. Too small enemy variety? More types of enemies on one planet than in the entire last game. The only thing that they haven't fixed is the goofy running animation but I think that at this point they are doing it on purpose, seeing how great some of the other animations are.
Exceptionally said my dude, I just hope their Metroidvania aspect isn't just multiplied like the other improvements you mentioned. I 100% the game on PC, but I felt the planets were a tad bit too complex. I even had many friends who finished the whole game with only 3-5 stims.

@@Nobleman23 I'm still waiting with an healthy dose of scepticism but just the fact that Respawn simply focused on stuff that fans requested is noteworthy. It should be a really obvious thing in the gaming industry but sadly it isn't. I'm only little worried about the optimization and overall game flow with these massive planets.
@@serson7139 Same here. Didn’t preorder, don’t plan to. Will buy it once the reviews drop confirming if it’s a complete Star Wars game with fluid gameplay and a great story as promised. Definitely very optimistic, as this is one the only pieces of SW media I am actually excited for, considering recent shows and games in the past 5 years were kinda disappointing, with a few exceptions of course.
now if only we could get another titanfall game that improves on titanfall 2. would be 10/10

The Sandy planet in the game looks quite a lot like geonosis
That's some big praise for the ending... hopefully it can deliver, but it's going to be tough to top Vader's surprise appearance at the end of Fallen Order.

Nah this game takes place during the year the Kenobi show takes place. A lot of the characters are still alive at this point (Kenobi, Maul, Grand Inquisitor, Ahsoka and a few more).
I love star wars Jedi fallen order I pre-ordered survivor in February. It will be the 4th game I buy this year.

My predictions for the end of this game is that Cal and co will indeed find a way to hide from the empire via some space or time anomaly, and the next time we pick up with them after this game will be in the new republic era perhaps even in a show like Ahsoka or Mando 4. A third game set in that era seems likely.

@@Iliadic I don’t think it’ll be that. I think the McGuffin I heard referred to in one of the trailers was like “the shroud” or something like that. Maybe some cloaked or hidden base or world or hyperspace anomaly.
@@daveyjoneslocker4703 The Shroud was a thing in Battle Scars. It's not real nor can it be with current Star Wars technology.

I think it will either be Jakku, or Jedha, looks more like jakku, but Jedha is one of the first places to explore what the force is and how it works. I feel like that would be more centric to what this story is trying to tell.

So Coruscant will be fully, returnable explorable planet and not just a one off visit or a couple time visits(story purposes) and no returns whenever you want?

@@MF9138 Could be Korriban/Moraband because of the fact we're dealing with a lot of ancient people (The Gen'dai Rayvis, and the High republic Jedi)
@@MF9138 geonosis is completely different, look at jedha in rogue one. it has the same wall markings as the walls on jedha

I’m really excited to see the other planets and environments as well but I hope the other planets return to some actual Star Wars planets and are more diverse. kobo looks cool like a rocky, with little greenery so that’s cool, coruscant is an awesome edition, I like having the more adventurous and nature planets but the giant metal and advanced structures is a huge staple in Star Wars so that’s cool, desert planet also gives some cool diversity which is also welcome I’m assuming it might be geonosis or something I’m not sure. But for the rest of them I really hope we get more diverse planets that dive into the other environments such as kashyyk (I know it’s in the first game but honestly I love this planet too much), Endor, illum or hoth, Naboo, a kamino like planet that since is destroyed can be a new take, dagobah, mustafar, bespin, bracca, Cato neimoidia. Now obviously this is a lot of planets and I don’t expect all of them too just listing my favorites I’d like to see because so far I like the brighter aesthetic of the new game but I kinda miss the old fallen orders gloomy, mysterious, or lush planets like kashyyk, Zeffo etc

This game is coming out at a bad time for me. itll be just before finals week, then ill be back home working so i have to take my time with it once it comes out. with that said I'll likely go dark on youtube to avoid spoilers so i just wanna say here and now thanks for the awesome vids not just covering the game the past few weeks but since its announcement. appreciate the work that gets put into making these videos

All I'm concerned about is bugs that all these developers have in their games at launch
Until they get rid of the hack sponge, itll never be that enjoyable for me. They need to make it like Ghost of Tsushima. Contact with the blade should count more. Focus of parries n dodges. Makes zero sense to slash something 6 times with a lightsaber n the thing is just walking around like nothing happened. Ridiculous

@@demonintellect9834 you wanted more damage from a lightsaber. The katana maxed could ohko or two shot weak enemies in izuhara. Not to mention bosses can take DOZENS of hits with a sword and just walk it off. The game you are using as reference has the same problem you are complaining about 🤦♂️ i swear children always find reasons to complain, just give you enough attention to feel like you exist. Embarrassing

There are 4 other planets that people are saying it could be. Either Jakku, Korriban, Jedha, or Genosis. Tatooine doesnt have red said.
Still no new force abilities... this game is 97% lightsaber combat
There is new force abilities. Some of them are tied to the duel wield stance and others are tied to the skill tree.
Force confusion and possibly others that we haven't seen
