- I hope you have been enjoying a warm and loving Holiday Season. Danny and I got into the Christmas spirit, and decorated our video set for this week's video in a fun and festive way! Yay! And now we will be celebrating the new year, in just a few days.
Let's get into this week's topic: The voices in my head. I've recently been more open in speaking about listening to "the voices in my head". I made this video to clarify what I'm referring to, I share some of the things that stop us from hearing divine guidance, and I give a four step formula for enabling you to better hear guidance from your higher self.
I also answer questions from the viewers such as:
- What is the significance of the Unicorn?
- How do you know the voice is from higher guidance, not your ego?
- My friends only call when they want something from me, what should I do?

Thanks Anita. I have wanted to hear my guide's voice, so asked. While I was doing a meditation with binaural beats, I heard a hello by a strong, beautiful, man's voice. It was so clear that I thought it was part of the meditation music. The next time I meditated with that same music - it wasn't there. I wish they were clear (and determined) as they were when I was young.
I love you and the voices in your head. You've come a long way. You do more for the people of planet earth than ANY politician.

Thank You again for so many years I tried to please other people and was also effected by everything they said I would cry because they hurt my feelings very sensitive to everything they said and would suffer from anxiety attacks and be fearful of everything and also felt like a victim. For me, this was one of Anita's best video's ever. I have a feeling that my husband may be an empath by all the things Anita says here. I'm going to suggest that he watch this and then I will let go of my desire for him to do so. I can relate to this 100% . It's tough being an empath . The boundaries are murky . We don't like conflict and just want everyone to be happy so we lose touch with our ourselves .

I am healing and even though I have health issues my heart is happy and my soul is content.
In regards to removing things, ideas or people from yr life, my very enlightened mother used to write the name etc on a piece of paper and put them in the freezer. I have the name of my blood cancer in the freezer and I know it will never return! Haha

Oftentimes I operate out of fear - the fear that something beyond my control will threaten my ‘perfect life’. After ur exercise the voices told me that things will come n go but life will stay beautiful even through the working out of a seemingly difficult situation.
Dear Anita. I feel this is one of your best videos. It resonated so deeply with me. I am realizing that my self-criticism is so loud that it has been drowning out all the voices of appreciation. Among all the other filters that I have, this one filter has really been holding me back. And I also realize that acknowledging it and taking responsibility for it is the first step in letting it go. I am not sure if fear drives self-criticism or if its the other way round, what I do know now that I've been keeping them both close to me. Thank you for your advice on the steps that I can now take to really start listening to the voices in my head :-)

I blocked my voices by entering in to a long abusive marriage, when I left I discovered who I really was in relation to no one else. I felt wonderful and started experiencing some wonderful spiritual empowering things. And I felt physically so much better too. I meditated regularly for years and opened up so much I am know a clairvoyant medium. I see the spirit world and give readings to help people. Thank you for your lovely and inspiring talks Anita. You have such a beautiful energy and such great spiritual wisdom

Thank You for all your messages they have helped a great deal when you were describing the inner voices to me that is describing the Holy Spirit God sent him here to help us all and your right he would never guide us to do the wrong thing. He is pure Love sent from God. God is Love. Anger, fear, anxiety, hate, jealousy are all from a place of evil the opposite of Love. God is who and what we all need. Not religion. God is not religion, just pure Love unconditional Love. Yes do not give your power to the outside world only Love and you will receive Love back.

I know I was born to follow that “GPS,” but irony of ironies, I was born to parents who prided themselves on being atheist/agnostic/rational. I am SO GLAD to have seen that very clip of the London show you speak about. I am empath, HSP, artist and I also "hear" voices and have noticed the support of the unseen. So fascinating. I think many of the "super sensitive" often suffer from panic attacks. They are able to "sense" things, including the emotions of people around them and instead of learning how to harness that energy and have it work for you, it ends up being something that causes fear and in a way attacks you. Many mediums talk about suffering from panic attacks for years before they got help with their gift.
Absolutely, yes, panic attacks are very common in people who are empaths or sensitive to the spiritual dimension. Wonderful observation

That was me, trying too hard to gain prove, become a people's pleaser, forgetting to take care of myself, my parents, my pet, poor animal. The impact of filter system is so unchangeable, everyone believes it, until they get things wrong.
I have the miniature 🦉... which I just love they are very unique with their looks and sound.... they have been following me where I go... I hear them in the night... just like Fred...

This is very true - looking for approval especially from parents - will cloud your ability to connect with your higher self. My family is going through this exact thing right now with the passing of my father and the changes he made to his will without our knowledge. My thoughts are "so what?" as I stopped trying to please him years ago, my sister's thoughts are through pain wondering what she did so wrong as to make him hate her so much to take her out of the will. And we will never know. And she will live with that as she refuses to acknowledge the possibility that it has nothing to do with her. She doesn't understand why I am not upset with the changes. I am not.

Oh, I always take away at LEAST one good thing from your videos; ten minutes in and a HUGE light bulb moment for me. As a child I saw, felt, sensed and heard things from people passed over and the living - it terrified me - it's only in later life in my early 50's that I now understand and that's only after fearing I was going to die from covid

Your message makes so much sense!. My teenage son was very empathic and unfortunately recently took his own life and I believe this played a big part in him not understanding how to manage the external world with his internal world. It was a constant struggle for him. So devastating!
