Wow, this is so awesome and I very much resonate with what you say. I found you about a week ago and my gosh, what I have heard you say so far I already know all this without realizing it. However, listening to your sharing has awakened what I already know. I almost died twice myself and saw my life flash by me in seconds. I have seen myself as a spirit before being born and now realise the journey I experienced from birth to now is what I chose for my learning. I see and also in the body, I have realised that I can see the negative or harmful energy and move it or replace it with positive/light energy. A week there was a mega-sized light being in my garden, just to come to support me during that hard time. Thank you for another wonderful video. I look forward to these every week. One of things I’m reflecting on while listening to this video is paying more attention to my purpose. Ive used to think that it could be boxed into one thing. I’m realizing that although there may be a broad base for my purpose, such as “helping others grow” that it reality in can manifest in many different ways. Before I became a mom my calling was focused on working with various communities and sharing ways to prevent disease and be healthy. I felt very uplifted in this work (except when I would burnout.) Now that I’m a mom I feel that my purpose has shifted to helping my children grow and to be very present with them. It’s almost as if my other path of working with people out in the community is temporarily on hold. That once this intense period of caring for my going children passes I can return to the other ways of helping others. Even thereafter helping others may show up in different capacities as I grow myself on this journey. All of this is to say that I’m learning to see my calling in a bigger and more creative way than I had considered before. Thank you for helping me reach this insight.
Thank you again Anita for a great video. At first I was hearing you wrong about healing at the soul level. I thought you were saying that we have to heal the soul which confused me because I believe that the soul is perfect so why would it need healing. When I listened again I realized that I was not hearing you correctly as you are talking about healing "at the soul level". Now it makes so much sense to me. I only mention this in case someone else was hearing it the way I was. Since your last video I investigated Jeralyn Glass and Crystal Cadence. I have been listening to her youtube video's and meditating to her crystal's every morning and other times when I think of it. It really brings me into the moment and out of my mind....lol. So thank you for introducing her to me!
The soul is like an harddrive on your computer, it can be filled with falses beliefs like viruses or malwares that slow down the whole system or worse. It is perfect in the sense that the soul always do its job. So healing your soul means you remove beliefs systems that are not in correlation with reality of love.

My question matches better with some, of your, previous vids but I thought I'd post it here under your most recent video. I strongly relate to your belief that us sensitive, empathic folks need more (empowerment or) ego in our world! I find the concept of ego confusing however. Some folks (Thomas Moore in "Care of the Soul" for example) seem to view ego almost as personality of "soul". Others (AwakenTheWorldFilm "Samadhi" for example) seem to view ego and the soul as almost diametrically opposed.. kind of like (ego is) a mistake, that happened, in human evolution and existing only to advance "separation" and competition. Could you talk a bit on how you view ego (and soul) as well as ego's relationship to increasing personal empowerment. Thanks so much XO...... PS I also extremely relate to your comment (in one of your vids) that some of us seem to be carrying the weight for others(or for the "world") and, at this point in my life, the only way for me to increase my peace, in this life, seems to be by isolating from other humans... ohh wells...

Hello Anita Thank you for your wonderful answers. I like this show very much. I have kind of practical NDE experience. It happened when I asked for a sign from my deceased grandmother. The sign did come as you wrote in your book 'What if this is heaven' in tips and tasks. Could you possibly tell us more about asking for signs? I think it is essential. Anita, I do have a lot of time for your discussion, as you know. I am left puzzled by your answer to "how would you paint a picture of the other side"? though, as this is a question that has also bothered me for a long time. I could have asked it myself in fact! I have noticed that it is one question that NDEs just DON'T seem to answer. Most NDEs involve a "way station" or "welcome committee" situation, often in a bucolic setting which is obviously borrowed from our earth settings. In your answer you mentioned, yourself, sunshine and meadows and butterflies, which again are all taken from our earth setting. You also referenced going out into the stars, going into the future, and going into the past. That's all really interesting too, but again, it is all imagery pertaining to our earth situations. I understand that colors are sharper and that things are brighter, but WHAT things?? Does the afterlife actually HAVE any structured content of its own? This is the thing that troubles me, and I have not seen any NDE that answers it. I know that the environment can respond to your thoughts and your emotions, probably in a more powerful way than dreams do, but this still seems like the kind of production dynamic that exists in dreams...again, forms and environments are created which are borrowed from our earthly experience. What does LIFE after death actually CONSIST of, when it is not referencing or borrowing earth environments? If that is the REAL world, what HAPPENS in the real world? Thousands of NDEs are on record, and to be honest, not one of them answers these questions. I understand that consciousness is expanded and that it is an awesome "state" but what I don't see is how that state is sustainable on its own terms...in other words, how released consciousness could abide.there if potential experience cannot be fulfilled there. Again, does anything whatsoever happen there *on its own terms*...that does not involve planning another earth life or reflecting back on an earth life or conjuring environments like beautiful meadows that are borrowed from earth life? It looks a lot to me like that state is simply essence, but not an actual environment of any kind. I'm not sure it's possible to talk about a "life" after death, if there is no life identifiable there that can be "lived." I hope I am making sense, and sorry for the text wedge.
Hey Anita! Lovely conversation. I have 2 friends who have had out of body experiences. The first friend enjoyed her experience so much that she said has radically changed on a psychological level, after coming back to the body. She has become dissociated from her negative thoughts and emotions, and learned what her soul's mission is. She said that she can't wait to leave her body and its limitation and experience the expansion of consciousness . The other friend said she had a similar experience, but she didn't enjoy it and she couldn't wait to come back to the body. She feels so safe and grateful to be bound by the body and now she has more appreciation for her life on earth. The experience was really uncomfortable for her. Can I have some clarity on these 2 seemingly contradictory experiences ? Thank you :). Love and unicorns

Anita..I started to listen to your you tube videos while driving since a month ago. I would like to know whether u can talk about Past Life. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and I just got a glimpse of my past life. I was a Fransiscan monk in Ireland.. and that might explain why I have difficulties in making money, not ambitious nor greedy over money.. and at some point this freaks me out. I would like to know.. after finding my past life.. how to make my innerself understand that as I'm not a monk anymore.. money becomes very important.. and I haven't been able making enough money for..more than 10 yrs..
Just saw a video of a very young girl who long story short tried to kill her self just before she died she’s been praying for three days to God asking him to take her to heaven and asking if she would go to heaven or hell if she took her own life. I believe her to be very genuine she was quite emotional however just before she passed out she said she heard a voice clearly tell her that he gave her life and she is not allowed with him if she takes her own. There’s over 7 million people saying they like her post. I hope none of them are feeling Hopeless. It scares me to think that somebody is walking around in pain like that

Dear Anita, could you elaborate on illnesses that are caused by viruses which enter people's bodies by sexual or close bodily contact? How one can heal that kind of illness that there is no medical cure for it, as the virus never leaves the body? I also want to know in your understanding ,becoming ill through catching a virus is because of inner problems and looking for the cause would heal it, or is it different because it is caused by a foreign entity invading the hosts body cells and changing the DNA of the cells?

Thank you for another wonderful video. I look forward to these every week. One of things I’m reflecting on while listening to this video is paying more attention to my purpose. Ive used to think that it could be boxed into one thing. I’m realizing that although there may be a broad base for my purpose, such as “helping others grow” that it reality in can manifest in many different ways. Before I became a mom my calling was focused on working with various communities and sharing ways to prevent disease and be healthy. I felt very uplifted in this work (except when I would burnout.) Now that I’m a mom I feel that my purpose has shifted to helping my children grow and to be very present with them. It’s almost as if my other path of working with people out in the community is temporarily on hold. That once this intense period of caring for my going children passes I can return to the other ways of helping others. Even thereafter helping others may show up in different capacities as I grow myself on this journey. All of this is to say that I’m learning to see my calling in a bigger and more creative way than I had considered before. Thank you for helping me reach this insight.
Thank you again Anita for a great video. At first I was hearing you wrong about healing at the soul level. I thought you were saying that we have to heal the soul which confused me because I believe that the soul is perfect so why would it need healing. When I listened again I realized that I was not hearing you correctly as you are talking about healing "at the soul level". Now it makes so much sense to me. I only mention this in case someone else was hearing it the way I was. Since your last video I investigated Jeralyn Glass and Crystal Cadence. I have been listening to her youtube video's and meditating to her crystal's every morning and other times when I think of it. It really brings me into the moment and out of my mind....lol. So thank you for introducing her to me!
The soul is like an harddrive on your computer, it can be filled with falses beliefs like viruses or malwares that slow down the whole system or worse. It is perfect in the sense that the soul always do its job. So healing your soul means you remove beliefs systems that are not in correlation with reality of love.

As always, I Love your video!! Thank you so much for all that you and Danny do!! I watch your videos over and over as they give me, much needed, comfort and inspiration. My question matches better with some, of your, previous vids but I thought I'd post it here under your most recent video. I strongly relate to your belief that us sensitive, empathic folks need more (empowerment or) ego in our world! I find the concept of ego confusing however. Some folks (Thomas Moore in "Care of the Soul" for example) seem to view ego almost as personality of "soul". Others (AwakenTheWorldFilm "Samadhi" for example) seem to view ego and the soul as almost diametrically opposed.. kind of like (ego is) a mistake, that happened, in human evolution and existing only to advance "separation" and competition. Could you talk a bit on how you view ego (and soul) as well as ego's relationship to increasing personal empowerment. Thanks so much XO...... PS I also extremely relate to your comment (in one of your vids) that some of us seem to be carrying the weight for others(or for the "world") and, at this point in my life, the only way for me to increase my peace, in this life, seems to be by isolating from other humans... ohh wells...

I love you guys so much!!! I've been practicing life coaching/healing techniques to face my traumas and bipolar disorder, n guide others in their healing journey(healing self first). I love this work and I'm deeply content to enlighten others through my example, but I'm feeling overexposed by the media attn.....feeling somewhat trapped by my own storyline. I have HUGE dreams, but now that I'm recorded 24/7..... how do I move forward???? Haha.... I mean I know I probably deserve some of this headache, but MAN..... Thank you for your wonderful answers. I like this show very much. I have kind of practical NDE experience. It happened when I asked for a sign from my deceased grandmother. The sign did come as you wrote in your book 'What if this is heaven' in tips and tasks. Could you possibly tell us more about asking for signs? I think it is essential. Thanks for your great vision, Anita. Can you say something about CEN (Childhood Emotional Neglect), which affects so many of us in adult life.
Anita, I do have a lot of time for your discussion, as you know. I am left puzzled by your answer to "how would you paint a picture of the other side"? though, as this is a question that has also bothered me for a long time. I could have asked it myself in fact! I have noticed that it is one question that NDEs just DON'T seem to answer. Most NDEs involve a "way station" or "welcome committee" situation, often in a bucolic setting which is obviously borrowed from our earth settings. In your answer you mentioned, yourself, sunshine and meadows and butterflies, which again are all taken from our earth setting. You also referenced going out into the stars, going into the future, and going into the past. That's all really interesting too, but again, it is all imagery pertaining to our earth situations. I understand that colors are sharper and that things are brighter, but WHAT things?? Does the afterlife actually HAVE any structured content of its own? This is the thing that troubles me, and I have not seen any NDE that answers it. I know that the environment can respond to your thoughts and your emotions, probably in a more powerful way than dreams do, but this still seems like the kind of production dynamic that exists in dreams...again, forms and environments are created which are borrowed from our earthly experience. What does LIFE after death actually CONSIST of, when it is not referencing or borrowing earth environments? If that is the REAL world, what HAPPENS in the real world? Thousands of NDEs are on record, and to be honest, not one of them answers these questions. I understand that consciousness is expanded and that it is an awesome "state" but what I don't see is how that state is sustainable on its own terms...in other words, how released consciousness could abide.there if potential experience cannot be fulfilled there. Again, does anything whatsoever happen there *on its own terms*...that does not involve planning another earth life or reflecting back on an earth life or conjuring environments like beautiful meadows that are borrowed from earth life? It looks a lot to me like that state is simply essence, but not an actual environment of any kind. I'm not sure it's possible to talk about a "life" after death, if there is no life identifiable there that can be "lived." I hope I am making sense, and sorry for the text wedge.
Hey Anita! Lovely conversation. I have 2 friends who have had out of body experiences. The first friend enjoyed her experience so much that she said has radically changed on a psychological level, after coming back to the body. She has become dissociated from her negative thoughts and emotions, and learned what her soul's mission is. She said that she can't wait to leave her body and its limitation and experience the expansion of consciousness . The other friend said she had a similar experience, but she didn't enjoy it and she couldn't wait to come back to the body. She feels so safe and grateful to be bound by the body and now she has more appreciation for her life on earth. The experience was really uncomfortable for her. Can I have some clarity on these 2 seemingly contradictory experiences ? Thank you :). Love and unicorns

Anita..I started to listen to your you tube videos while driving since a month ago. I would like to know whether u can talk about Past Life. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and I just got a glimpse of my past life. I was a Fransiscan monk in Ireland.. and that might explain why I have difficulties in making money, not ambitious nor greedy over money.. and at some point this freaks me out. I would like to know.. after finding my past life.. how to make my innerself understand that as I'm not a monk anymore.. money becomes very important.. and I haven't been able making enough money for..more than 10 yrs..
Just saw a video of a very young girl who long story short tried to kill her self just before she died she’s been praying for three days to God asking him to take her to heaven and asking if she would go to heaven or hell if she took her own life. I believe her to be very genuine she was quite emotional however just before she passed out she said she heard a voice clearly tell her that he gave her life and she is not allowed with him if she takes her own. There’s over 7 million people saying they like her post. I hope none of them are feeling Hopeless. It scares me to think that somebody is walking around in pain like that

Dear Anita, could you elaborate on illnesses that are caused by viruses which enter people's bodies by sexual or close bodily contact? How one can heal that kind of illness that there is no medical cure for it, as the virus never leaves the body? I also want to know in your understanding ,becoming ill through catching a virus is because of inner problems and looking for the cause would heal it, or is it different because it is caused by a foreign entity invading the hosts body cells and changing the DNA of the cells?
