- People often ask me for processes, they want to know tools, and "how-to"s and in the video below I address this specifically. I share how before my NDE, I was always searching for tools, techniques, and teachings to help me be a better person, help me to heal, help me to feel better about being me. Learning what I did on the other side changed everything, and in this video I share what I learned about becoming who we are meant to be. I also discuss the things that prevent us from truly being who we are, while on earth.
I go on answer questions such as:
* How can I be free to be me if I'm tied to family through my responsibility to care for them?
*Why did so many people disappear from my life while I'm going through cancer? It hurts so much.
*How do I know if I'm living the "right" life?
*How can I help my child with special needs?

I am a 6-sensory person. Having been an empathetic person from early on and I was groomed to be a caretaker. I have spent many years letting go of many people, beliefs and values that were not my own. My house has been paid off for 10 years, and I have had no bills for 30 years. My children are well-educated, have purchased their own homes and are well-employed. I have no obligations to anyone but myself, and I am living my life on purpose one step at a time. What you say about loving and accepting yourself exactly as you are, flaws and all, allows you to get to know and love God. It allows you to love others without judgement for exactly who they are, unconditionally. I also protect myself from people who are destructive and do not allow them into my life. If you love yourself you will not allow anyone in your life who would damage you. What you are saying is all so true. Anita, you are already changing the world for the better. I have more joy now than ever before. You are changing the world for everyone who listens to you and really hears you. God is great!

Hello, Anita! I am home recovering from a partial nephrectomy and am doing great! Early stage kidney carcinoma has changed my life for the better (No symptoms and found through a beautiful confluence of events.)
Because I had already been following you and a few other phenomenal individuals, I was “prepared” and my life is beautiful. We are already born with all the tools we need to be ourselves. We forget that too easily, we believe societal limitations, we believe family conditioning. We can not find ourselves because our truth has been forgotten. We must remember and follow our path. Thank you for the explanation on empaths and dimensions.This is a true reason as to why we feel we don’t belong and life is difficult for too many of us. Thank you for the empathic and beautiful answer to Monica. There is so much truth and power in your answer. Whenever one goes through a real crisis only the truth survives. Only true friends and true family remain, everything else falls off.

I discovered this lady a week ago, and I am deeply grateful for her videos!Thank you❤ I'm listening now everyday and my soul gets so much relief . I started to cut off toxic people , mostly family members from my life , and I felt tremendous guilt about it. I just felt suffocated by them and could not take it anymore. Listening to Anita , it's so healing to know that I did the right thing ❤️ as a mom I need to focus on my child and my own happiness, instead of dealing with critical and mean spirited people.Thank you so very much Anita .❤

Thank you Anita for your great advice! I would like to add a comment on being a doormat.. From my experience, I think learning to be present and connected to your inner self at all time is what ultimately makes you door-mat free. It makes you not react to different people and situations ( which is how you act from your conditioned, door mat false self) but respond to them from your true, authentic, powerful self. So for me, what makes me strong and almost invincible is this continual exercise to stay present at all times, at every moment. It is not easy and i lose myself time and again, but it does get easier and is transforming me.

Anita - I was on the Power of Transformation Alaskan Cruise. I was introduced to your teachings by my friend who I accompanied on this cruise. She is a Super Friend on Facebook. I am ready to join you next year because I enjoy cruises, and learning in this environment was a huge bonus! You asked for destination suggestions and cruise length choices. I would suggest what is called in the cruise industry as a repositioning cruise. These cruises, generally, are less expensive, longer than a week, and, sometimes, have fewer ports. The cruise companies use these cruises to change the home ports of a cruise ship at the beginning and end of certain seasons, like Alaska, Europe, etc. So, I am up for a longer cruise to almost anywhere! I have been on 70+ cruises and, at this point, I like to say the cruise ship is my destination.

Yes to an online platform!! There are many things you can offer on it, conversations and community (maybe the community of caregivers can be here too), online courses, meditations, resources a shop etc. Great idea. I always want to go to your cruises and events but this is much more accessible and cheaper. Good luck!

it is great to hear from you, I loved your advice about how the kids feel. Tonight my 8 yo child was telling me how her 2nd grader teacher screamed at the kids when the class was misbehaving ( this teacher is 25yo), and she said that her first grader teacher in this case first calm herself down and then the kids automatically gets quieter and calm. I loved to see her observing the differences, and I admit I need to learn from it too.........so yes, kids are very tuned .

I have listened to this one over and over ~ so inspiring and thoughtful! ~ but only just got around to commenting. So true that processes (in spite of sincere, loving intentions) can feel binding, as well as making us feel less than successful if we don't "get it". YES, please develop an online "retreat" platform. Subscription-based makes sense. For me, the caveat is that I don't do Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. There may be benefits to these services but it seems that the technology has also facilitated an era of "anti-social media". So, as the platform evolves, the challenge will be finding that balance between interaction and overwhelm. I look forward to hearing more as you move forward with your ideas. Much love!!!
