Being open... letting things come to me... letting go of the need to control (yes I know exactly what you mean... this video was one of those... I was discussing a concept with my sister and you became part of the conversation as a source of better understanding on this non linear subject... already in the first few minutes I am receiving many ahah moments. All possibilities and realities at the same time in different 'spaces'... no death... just different journeys physical and non physical... but this is the only lifetime of which I am aware ... and in the other lives - that 'me' is aware of that reality .. but every now and then a window... a visit in dreams with a message... an intervention to protect me ... a flash of intuition … from those and myself in other realms). That souls leave their bodies before super-traumatic impacts would kill them is amazing. It also answers a question I've had for a while. I've always wondered what it's like to fall from a building and hit the concrete or to be thrown into the windshield of a car at high speed. I wondered: Do you feel anything at the impact? Do you feel a split second of horrendous pain and trauma and then nothing, no pain immediately after that because you've left your body? The conclusion I came to was that the impact would usually immediately knock you out of consciousness so you might not even feel anything. But still, you might feel something for a second and that would be horrible. So, the idea that the soul leaves just before imminent death is fascinating, and it makes sense. I believe it. It's almost like your soul knows what's coming and jumps out beforehand. Very cool. It seems that there are all of these mercies that metaphysics/Nature/God/Life has put in place for us so that things aren't as bad as we make them out to be in our imaginations.

Hi Anita, Recently I asked the Universe what was my purpose. I always thought my purpose was to be a supporter for my husband in his purpose and even put him before my Children . When he became ill I figured that I was to look after him and this I did until his death in 2016. Since then I have realised that I should have cared for my children better. I know that I did the best that I could at the time. I am now at a loss to what I am supposed to do with my life. At present I am embarking on a new career and supporting my children as they cope with effects of life. Anyway to my point I was listening this morning on my way into work to this talk and it struck me as you said that our purpose is to experience and I thought it is a bit like going to the fairground and deciding which rides to get on. All my family are struggling with relationships with each other and some with their partners and for a while I thought it was my purpose to help them but recently I realised that I am to work on my relationship with them and allow them to make their own choices. I found that training ourselves to follow the most exciting but peaceful voice inside your heart, leading me closer to Anita describe here. Very often we are educated to negative belief, if i do xxx, shit will hit the fence, etc. But in actual fact, those voice are just perspective and nothing factual. Just that we are educated to belief those view. once those negative belief is lifted, all the awareness and possibility come to you. To outsider , people see a quantum jump, but inside you are merely doing thing you truly enjoy instead of fulfilling other's expectation or your negative belief. just to share two cents here for those on the same journey. :)

Hi Anita I really resonated with what you said about you and your mom who is alive connecting somehow in your dreams. My sister and I had a few shared dream experiences as well as my having a close friend appear to me in my dream where upon she told me she was pregnant and a few days later she called me to tell me that very thing! I think souls that are living on this earthly plain can and do connect psychically either in wakefulness or in dreams. It just reinforces what you already said about how we are all connected and when we develop those close bonds it's even more evident.

Thank you for asking these illuminating questions. When my brother fully recovered in 3 days from very near death- I was in shock. He was grand and i was confused. I left to go home as he had lots of help and was so healthy. When i returned he met me at the door( a first) took me to his sofa and handed me a file folder with drawings of my future in it- up to my death. They were energy type drawings-- I knew what they were but was too shy( scared ) to study them. I know now he meant to give me reassurance -- for the time when he would be gone- a month later- but how did he know. This was so him... But how could he know my future....

Think of life his way, like one of those walls with many television screens, each on a different channel and each showing a different story with you in it. The stories are all happening simultaneously. When you’re born, your present life is the screen you’re focusing your attention on. When you leave your body you can see all the different television screens again. What we perceive as linear time is actually like TV channels with different stories all playing at the same time.
That’s absolutely correct, in fact that’s the law of attraction perfectly understood. The vibrational Attraction is to how much we allow ourselves to be ourselves or not and fully allow the true purpose of our higher self with our own idiosyncrasies or not. The difficult attractions to ourselves is to the type and strength of our resistance to our true self.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what she said at 4:00. She says we are getting what we’re ready for and what we’re capable of receiving. It’s like there’s almost no point in trying to solve what you’re going through. It won’t get you anywhere, except possibly more suffering. So it’s like letting go of the reins, because the answer will only come to you when you’re ready for it. I don’t know how to feel about that, because it makes me feel like I have no control of what I’m going through. Like there’s nothing I can do, other than to just accept my situation and be open to an answer that will hopefully come. If I don’t try, will an answer or a healing really come?

Dear Anita, thankfully we have movies who represent what you are saying. Avatar, for example, shows how people in a machine can transfer their consciousness to a new body. In the movie you have a disabled soldier in the machine who is simultaneously living life as a different lifeform in a completely new environment. Sliding Doors is a movie where the protagonist, a woman in an abusive relationship, decides to leave her partner and the moment she does, the movie shows two lives happening simultaneously. In the first choice, she is happily single and enjoying life while in the second choice, she goes through hell constantly abused by her partner. Finally, Doctor Strange try to illustrate the concept of timelessness and incorporeal existence and the multidimensional reality called the multiverse. There are tons of movies about time travel but there's a particular movie about being omniscient as you experienced in the other realm titled Limitless (rather violent though). My personal experience, I almost died too but I didn't have an nde, instead I found myself in a beautiful natural world where the concept of I, thinking process, language or civilization do not exist. A world of feelings where only joy exists. When I regained consciousness I realised that the real me was there but part of my consciousness is dreaming this reality. I gradually understood that the Divine Source is One and we are a manifestation of it, everything is. Our identity, just like in the movie avatar, exists so that consciousness can experience dualism but it is only a temporary state. We come from Source and return to Source and we are always together though in this realm we experience separation. We are just like drops of water unaware of the ocean and primarily unaware that WE ARE the ocean. 💚😁😊🤗
There is an old movie titled "Sliding Doors" about choices and living more than a life simultaneously. Another movie which introduces the concept Anita described is "Avatar". In the movie, a man's consciousness is transferred to another being on another planet while his body remains on Earth. However, the bilocation of Consciousness is not possible. Another great movie about what Anita described is "Mr Nobody". Basically, there is a place where we are all children and there's only one mother. Indeed, everything already exists, literally everything so all realities already exist we just have to tap into the reality we want. Everything is energy. Hi Anita I really resonated with what you said about you and your mom who is alive connecting somehow in your dreams. My sister and I had a few shared dream experiences as well as my having a close friend appear to me in my dream where upon she told me she was pregnant and a few days later she called me to tell me that very thing! I think souls that are living on this earthly plain can and do connect psychically either in wakefulness or in dreams. It just reinforces what you already said about how we are all connected and when we develop those close bonds it's even more evident.

Thank you for asking these illuminating questions. When my brother fully recovered in 3 days from very near death- I was in shock. He was grand and i was confused. I left to go home as he had lots of help and was so healthy. When i returned he met me at the door( a first) took me to his sofa and handed me a file folder with drawings of my future in it- up to my death. They were energy type drawings-- I knew what they were but was too shy( scared ) to study them. I know now he meant to give me reassurance -- for the time when he would be gone- a month later- but how did he know. This was so him... But how could he know my future....

Think of life his way, like one of those walls with many television screens, each on a different channel and each showing a different story with you in it. The stories are all happening simultaneously. When you’re born, your present life is the screen you’re focusing your attention on. When you leave your body you can see all the different television screens again. What we perceive as linear time is actually like TV channels with different stories all playing at the same time.
So god is a movie producer...

That’s absolutely correct, in fact that’s the law of attraction perfectly understood. The vibrational Attraction is to how much we allow ourselves to be ourselves or not and fully allow the true purpose of our higher self with our own idiosyncrasies or not.
The difficult attractions to ourselves is to the type and strength of our resistance to our true self.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what she said at 4:00. She says we are getting what we’re ready for and what we’re capable of receiving. It’s like there’s almost no point in trying to solve what you’re going through. It won’t get you anywhere, except possibly more suffering. So it’s like letting go of the reins, because the answer will only come to you when you’re ready for it. I don’t know how to feel about that, because it makes me feel like I have no control of what I’m going through. Like there’s nothing I can do, other than to just accept my situation and be open to an answer that will hopefully come. If I don’t try, will an answer or a healing really come?

Dear Anita, thankfully we have movies who represent what you are saying. Avatar, for example, shows how people in a machine can transfer their consciousness to a new body. In the movie you have a disabled soldier in the machine who is simultaneously living life as a different lifeform in a completely new environment. Sliding Doors is a movie where the protagonist, a woman in an abusive relationship, decides to leave her partner and the moment she does, the movie shows two lives happening simultaneously. In the first choice, she is happily single and enjoying life while in the second choice, she goes through hell constantly abused by her partner. Finally, Doctor Strange try to illustrate the concept of timelessness and incorporeal existence and the multidimensional reality called the multiverse. There are tons of movies about time travel but there's a particular movie about being omniscient as you experienced in the other realm titled Limitless (rather violent though). My personal experience, I almost died too but I didn't have an nde, instead I found myself in a beautiful natural world where the concept of I, thinking process, language or civilization do not exist. A world of feelings where only joy exists. When I regained consciousness I realised that the real me was there but part of my consciousness is dreaming this reality. I gradually understood that the Divine Source is One and we are a manifestation of it, everything is. Our identity, just like in the movie avatar, exists so that consciousness can experience dualism but it is only a temporary state. We come from Source and return to Source and we are always together though in this realm we experience separation. We are just like drops of water unaware of the ocean and primarily unaware that WE ARE the ocean.

There is an old movie titled "Sliding Doors" about choices and living more than a life simultaneously.
Another movie which introduces the concept Anita described is "Avatar". In the movie, a man's consciousness is transferred to another being on another planet while his body remains on Earth. However, the bilocation of Consciousness is not possible. Another great movie about what Anita described is "Mr Nobody". Basically, there is a place where we are all children and there's only one mother. Mother helps each child to experience simultaneous lives on Earth, in this case we follow the lives of Mr Nobody played by Jared Leto: a must watch!
