Fuss free vegan by Sam Turnbull & any Aíne Carlin. Actually any vegan book put through your family's taste buds will be trustworthy.
Oh wow! This comment made my day - thank you so much :) Adding Sam's book to my list :)
Tie dye? I thought the lid blew off your blender full of berries! So you just went with it. Thanks for the cool videos.😊
Haha - I wish that was the story :)
Would love to see some ethnic cookbooks, falafels, spring rolls with peanut sauce, spicy garlic tofu, etc , enchiladas... Spices 😊
Thanks! We always try to include some ethnic recipes when cookbooks include them - appreciate the hunger for it!!!
I reallllllllllllllllly love watching your cookbook reviews!! Your family is great and I just want to thank you for all you do.
You are so welcome! Feedback like this makes it all worth it!!!
True. Love the reviews and commentary😂
AWwww thank you :)
This was fun! I eat healthier than my teen, so it’s nice to get more reviews in one video. A+ to your wife and kids for being so patient.
Thank you :) We all have different tastes so I think it gives a good over-all perspective :)
How awesome to grow up in your family. Hope your kids realize how great their family is!!!! Great content and vegan cooking tips. Thanks!!!!
I hope so too! Haha - I think they do in their own way - and they'll REALLY appreciate it when they're out of the house :)
Thank you for giving Robin Robertson due credit! People are always crediting Dr. Greger for the recipes when it’s Robin who created them all. It would be great to see you try one of the Oh She Glows and/or Vegan Richa’s cookbooks.
Yes! I second this! Try those cookbooks! They are awesome!
Awesome - adding them to the list :)
I would also to see the reviews to these books ❤
Robin has written so many good cookbooks. Her hot and spicy was my favorite first vegan cookbook
I think you should review Nisha’s cookbook from Rainbow Plant life here on UA-cam. Her cookbook is “The Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook.” Since you love the IP so much, I thought you might like it. I’ve been binging on your cookbook reviews and they have really helped out!
I definitely have to do some episodes where I feature some fellow Vegan UA-camrs for sure - lots of requests for that! Glad these reviews are helping you!
I really get a kick out of your videos and your very real family! Thanks for all the time you put into making them. My name is Susan, and I am on a plant based weight loss journey myself. I am down 30 pounds and have many more to go. I have many of the cookbooks you have reviewed, and it’s so nice seeing how the recipes turn out in real life. I will definitely be trying some of the ones you used. 😊
Hey Susan! Congrats on your journey so far! I hope you're proud of yourself! Just remember it's a journey and not a destination. Really glad you're enjoying these videos!

Just found your channel and find it SO refreshing! Very different from any other WFPB channel I follow. Specifically the lighthearted spirit, the inclusion of your family and the "real talk" about the yumminess/unyumminess of the foods.
Glad you enjoy it!!!
I have NO idea how I found this channel, but I LOVE IT! You guys are so real and down to earth. Thanks!!! I'll be back😊
So glad you're enjoying the channel!
I love how honestly supportive your family is. They’re awesome! I wouldn’t consider Greger to be Nutritarian. He’s all about the science, not the label. (The dietary recommendations are pretty similar though) Love this video!!
I mispoke a bit about Greger there, but I agree he follows basically the same rules, just w/o the label.
I do think that aside from the fasting dr. Fuhrman recommends, Dr. Greger and Dr. Fuhrman are pretty close together in terms of what they recommend.
I love Dr. Greger. I'm sure it is healthy. The secret is to sprinkle just a little salt on top. That hits your taste buds first and seems to make it all taste salted. Salt is the thing I miss most, but you can adjust your taste buds just like cutting back on sugar. I love that your children taste it all. Great kids.
Thanks - agreed for sure. Keeping the salt out allows you to just add whatever you need - most cookbooks use way too much anyway, but Greger's is a little under seasoned - though I understand the reasons why. Thanks for watching!
This was a really fun review! This book goes beyond in ingredients than most so you can get the biggest bang for your nutrition buck. I have his app on my phone. You either love the idea or it's over the top. Thank you for putting the extra time in for these recipes!
My husband and kids always add salt to any food I make, it's all what you're taste buds are used to...
I died laughing about the chew comment! Your kids were So Funny!! Don't you think it's all how you personally were brought up? Those that were taught not to chew with their mouths open think it's rude to do it, those that were were not, think it is rude to point it out. You can never please everyone on social media... Ultimately, it's Your Channel :) Have a great weekend!!
Thank you for all of this!!! And yes - so many people are now telling us to ignore the comments about mouth chewing :) So we're going to do us and aim to do better moving forward. We can't please everyone :) Thank you!!!
Great video and hi from Kansas! Just starting my journey after being told by a surgeon to not have meat anymore. I can honestly say I don’t miss it.
YOu've got this!
Love your whole family, too!!! My life has been changed by WFPB lifestyle. No more pain from migraines, body aches, high cholesterol, and every other health problem I had.
I'm so glad! Food is medicine :) Thank you for the love and support!
Yes, please! Tell us what the difference is between a nutritarian and a whole food plant-based foodie. I didn't know there was such a term, and I bet others don't either. God bless you and your family, and thank you for all you do.
I'll let the man who coined the phrase explain it: www.drfuhrman.com/blog/210/beginners-guide
Lots of salad a minimum of a pound each and every day. It doesn't allow bread or pasta .. very strict and a major vegetable food plan. Salad is the main dish.. every day
"Real people eating real food."- Angela Milliken❤
Thank you!
I love your channel and the relationship you have with your family! You are all so REAL and make me feel better about my very real life! Tip...your wife said the sauce was acidic. I always put a little baking soda in with any tomato-based sauces because it takes away the acidity. It is a game changer you have to try it!
Thank you for this!
Yeah - I've done that before or added a little maple syrup - but wanted to stick to the recipe as best as I could. Thanks for sharing this tip for everyone! And for the love for my family nd the channel!
I'm going to try this. Thank you.
@@angelawade1445 Woot woot!
Dunno if you'd try this or not.. but this one's a really simple desserrt recipe.. it's actually sweet dumplings.. it's really really simple.. uou may or may not like it but it tastes really really good.
We call it "jaggery-flaxseed dumpling"..
Dunno if you would have access to jaggery.. jaggery is kinda healthy and has a different taste.. you could probably find it in an indian store..
Ingredients-
Toasted Flax seeds
Jaggery
Semolina/rice flour
Ground jaggery and flax seeds.. taste for the sweetness..
Make a dough out of semolina/rice flour.. preferably using warm water.. let the dough rest for some time (dough shohld be soft)..
Take a small portion of dough and flatten with your hand.
Now put some flax and jaggery mixture.
Close it from all sides and give the desired shape.
Now take a deep vessel and fill it with 3/4 part of water and let it boil.
Now slowly add dumplings to boiling water.
Initially, it will go down to the bottom of the vessel and after some time it floats upon the surface of the water, which means it’s done and it’s time to take it out. (It takes around 10-15 minutes to cook.. remember that rice dough could disintegrate in water if you don't seal it properly..)
Take it out of the water.
It is ready to be served.
E-mail this to me at pbwithjeremy@gmail.com and maybe we'll try it in a video!
Yay, this is a must see!! We have this cookbook, can't wait to see your family review. Would love to see you review one of Dr. Fuhrman's cookbooks, too! Maybe I will find one somewhere in your history The more nutritious, the more interesting!!!
Thanks! Haven't done Fuhrman yet - but we totally should. I've cooked from his recipes for sure :)
Your children are such good sports. Congrats, mom and dad🎉
You are so kind - they're awesome :)
I’m loving watching your family in these videos! You’re all so down-to-earth and normal. 😂 I have been vegetarian and vegan at multiple times in my adult life, but I always end up going back to old habits. I am overweight and facing high BP and diabetes risk. I have done years of research into healthy lifestyle choices and I am a decent cook. Time to commit to what I know. Thanks for your videos and cookbook reviews! I am watching from southern Arizona.
My pleasure! You've done the hardest part which is decide that you want to change. You've got this!!! What sort of videos might be helpful?
Love the show and the recipes
I love your cookbook reviews! What a great idea. You and your family are so much fun to watch!
Glad you like them! Just started doing them for fun - glad so many people are enjoying them!
Lol! I love your light hearted humor. I just sit here and laugh while I watch.
Oh good :) That makes me happy :)
Great video, thank you for showcasing the recipes and cudos to your family for giving their honest reviews 😊
Our pleasure!
Love your channel, love your very real family. Thanks, all of you.
Thanks so much!!!
You and your family just carry on being you. Love that you are trying all these new recipes. Your trips away are fun too.
Thanks Julie! Will do!
Your channel is really growing! Almost to 5k! Thanks for the video, Jeremy! And as always, thanks fam for the honest review!
It’s really growing. Thanks to awesome people like you who watch and interact with the channel through comments and likes. Every little bit makes a big difference!!!!
Thanks for reviewing this cookbook! I just saw that my library has it!
Nice!!! Let me know if you make anything from it.
I really enjoy all your content. I love the joy your family brings. They are all such good sports at trying new foods. Love this channel. ❤
Thanks so much. They really are!
Now that’s a great cookbook!
Lol, the "chewing with the mouth open" bit was funny 😂
This is so freaking cool thank you for posting I have that book and haven't even used it yet now maybe I will!
Doooo iiiiit!
I've just come across your channel and have binged watch alot of your videos. You are great, got some great recipe ideas and alot of laughter from your show. Keep up the good work. And hello from Australia 🇦🇺
This is really lovely. Welcome from up and over in Canada!!! Really glad you're enjoying the channel and having fun while doing it :)
Love this book, love the family t shirts too.
I’m a little obsessed with my new tie die shirt :)
I love the things you made. I just bought this book. Looking forward to cooking from it! Thank you! I will subscribe to your channel
Thanks for subbing!
How did I not discover your channel until just now? So glad I did!
I've been wondering the same thing myself. But you're here now!
Great video!!! Please do more of the recipes from this cookbook!!!!!!!!
Glad you liked it - have such a long list of books people have recommended so it'll take me awhile to revisit.
Just rewatched this video and I have this cookbook. I also love chocolate with cherry mixtures. I recently made chocolate and cherry nice cream that was delicious. That hash and the stuffed peppers look good! Thanks again!
YOu're welcome!!!
You will love Red River Cereal. It all different grains that are coarse, rolled. It's delicious!
Oooh, can't wait for this one! I have many of the books you've cooked from before, including this one; you inspire me to 'dig into' them, lol! You've also inspired me to buy some others (just ordered Be a Plant Based Woman Warrior :) Love, love, LOVE your channel! Recently discovered y'all- joined and have been binge watching (yes, including the pickle story!). Love your family's raw and unfiltered input too! Speaking of raw... brings me to a book suggestion: Love on a Plate by Cara Brotman and Markus Rothkranz
Please keep the magic coming Jeremy!! Your videos, family, recipes and channel's whole vibe ROCK! Coming at you from Charleston SC, btw- not a ton of WFPB vegan options here (esp. compared to my former home in NY) but getting better!
Wow! Thanks for this comment! So many lovely things here!!! Appreciate the love for my family too. I looked up that book and currently my library doesn't carry it, but I'll keep an eye out for it - thank you for the suggestion!!!
So glad I've inspired you to pick up some of the books :)
Watching from FL. On a weight loss journey but more of a health journey as well. Love your videos. Very entertaining. 😊
Hi Steph! Thanks for watching - you've got this! Anything in particular we can help with for a video that might help you?
So happy for this video … I Have this cookbook, but I much prefer watching you make the recipes 😊
Awwww. Glad you’re enjoying us guiding you through it!
You are really fun to watch . I wish my family and husband would eat this way with me. Im from right outside Chattanooga TN. Not a lot of plant based people here, so I like watching other people enjoy it lol great videos. 😊
Glad you're able to have a community here then! See if you can get your family to join you in a meal or two a night - there's lots of plant-based meals that don't FEEL plant-based - or make things like mexican where you can prepare a lot of the same items and they prepare their own protein and you do yours.
A video explaining the different flavors of WFPB would be nice.
It's the same flavors.... I'm not entirely sure what you're asking for - can you help me understand?
I live in Oakville, Ontario and have been WFPB for I think it is ten years this past July. I enjoy your channel very much and seeing your family's reaction to the recipes you try. Thank you for your channel's content.
Awesome! Thank you! Just down the street from us practically!!!
Thanks for that review. I have had this cookbook for ages and not actually cooked anything from it. Will be trying a few now.
Glad it was helpful!
I'm super excited about this one, I have been cooking from this cookbook as well!
What are you go-tos?
@@pbwithjeremy so far I've tried the jicama nachos, hot and sour soup, grain stuffed peppers, and my FAVORITE BBQ Tempeh with sweet potato and collard greens. I can't wait to try the pumpkin pasta as well as the borscht. Come on fall weather!
Nice choices!!!!
Love it! And ignore the jerks. Who cares if you eat with your mouth open. We’re here to watch you and the fam try food. We knew there would be chewing involved. 😁
I appreciate that! Thanks for the love and support!
Love Robin Robertson, I have several of her cookbooks 1000 Vegan Recipes, Vegan on the Cheap, and Vegan Planet. Some of the recipes are delicious and for the most part easy to make. Glad you gave her the shout out.
She's great, and the real hook of the book :)
Great show, Ingleside Texas
Thank you!
I love the Cheesy Broccoli soup. Its a stable in out house in winter. Looking froward to seeing this one. Terri from Australia 🦘 🇦🇺 💜
That’s one of the recipes we test drove…. :)
I'm so happy with your program, using different plant base cook books
Appreciated giving recipes to follow ,save time and money ,spend alot time watching different video then later on I don't like thanks alot😊😊😊😊
You are most welcome Thanks for watching!
I have enjoyed a few recipes from this book too. Got distracted by Cascadia! Great game choice!
It's so good! My wife is a little obsessed with it right now!
I love your families honestly. I have this cookbook and have only made made BROL bowl👎 bit everything else seems like a pain in the ass because of the others concoctions the recipes had within them. Live how you maneuvered that! Thanks for sharing!
Yeah - you gotta read through it for sure - there's some gems in there though for sure - worth diving through.
I agree, Dr Greger’s cookbooks have so many ingredients and it’s a ton of work for a recipe that ends up tasting not very good to me! That is so frustrating.
The Japanese bowls look amazing.
Give them a try!!!
Also I actually always blend my nutritional yeast in my vita mix and it turn into powder. Then place it into a container for later use. As when I would use it in recipes I would always had to add more nutritional yeast for flavour. It always makes a better recipe for us. I love the Broccoli and Cheese soup. Terri from Australia
Thanks Terri! Sometimes I'll do that too - a lot of times it ends up in a blender or food processor, and I find in soups, etc... it tends to dissolve, so I don't usually take that extra step - but that's a great suggestion that some people might not have through of!
Good vid! I like your reviews. Enjoyable to watch (TY for less swearing. haha! I know, to each their own!) Coming to your from really HOT Yuma AZ. 2 time breast cancer THRIVER, where I became a healthy plant foods eater for yrs now. Keep the good vids coming!
Congrats! You're killing it!!! Goad you're enjoying the content!!
It's only mildly hot here in Toronto right now.
You are so funny 😂 and your wife and kids are so cute. Really enjoy watching you guys. I love the realness.
Missed the chewing though😅🤭🤣
Aww - thank you! I'm sure the chewing will return at some point whether we intend to or not.
Damn. I could have just kept watching if there was more video to watch. That was good. Thank you
Awwww thank you - luckily we have lots of other cookbook reviews you could check out on the channel! :) Glad you enjoyed!!!
Looking forward to this video as I have the cookbook.
What are you favs?
I have this one too and have not cooked anything from it yet, so very interested to see this.
@@carolkerr7445 Yipeeeeee!
@@pbwithjeremyI started watching your video but couldn’t find the recipes you were making. I finally clued in that I have the How not to Die CB, not the How not to Diet CB that you used! Enjoyed your video as always. Love how you adapt recipes as that is what I do too.
@@ckveggie6006 Thanks! I try to stick to them, but stuff happens :) And yeah - I have both books - but you need the red one for this - not the green one :)
Love this. Maybe you were at an Alien convention where they were serving Vegan food and they only let you in if you wear their favorite colors all of them... tie dyed 😂
Ohhhhh I like this answer a lot :)
I have so much respect for Dr M. Gregor. Have book but not cooked from it yet. But make the prune purée & blended lemons.
This is a perfect way for you to check it out!
Loving this!! Just discovered your work, will enjoy going forward. I have this book too. The Revive Cafe (NZ) cookbooks are excellent whole food recipes.
Welcome aboard! That book sounds interesting, my library doesn't seem to have it :(
I seriously love your sense of humor! 😆 We're big goofballs as well and it's very relatable, lol. Most of the food looked pretty good! Especially that "Parmesan" and pumpkin pie, I will need to try those. Not too sure about that chocolate sludge though. 🤣
Yeah - the chocolate sludge is not necessarily for everyone :)
Glad you enjoy us just being ourselves!
Thank you for the reviews! Have you considered reviewing the Yeung Man Cooking cookbook?
It's on the list :)
Fun as always to watch your cookbook trials! Can't say I have much love in this one; seems like a lot of ingredients I don't care for.
Are the shirts tie dye or results of a paintball game?
I'd love to see a review of Korean Vegan.
I WISH the answer was paintball. Thanks for the book recommendation - I'll check it out!
Love your channel. Its so wonderful to see your whole family participate. I'd love to see you review one of Gaz Oakley's cookbooks. He's a welsh vegan chef who has amazing recipes with 3 cookbooks now. As a vegan I thank you for educating people.
Thank you! We love Gaz - he's on the list to do for SURE
I’d like to see you do (adapt) Gaza’s recipes too, always put off them as he uses tons of oil, I just read his books as food porn xx
Was going to say it. He uses oil.
Yup - I'd have to modify for sure - which most people here on the channel enjoy - and the ones that don't.... well they can watch something else.
Fear not - I have loads of workarounds for oil :)
For the Broccoli Soup add 1 tsp of salt and 1 TAB of cornstarch to a bit of cold water....add to soup at the end. Let cool for 5 minutes and the soup will be thick and cheesy. Super yummy.
Great idea!!
Hello from Vancouver B.C. another great video with so many giggles. You guys make me laugh, thanks for that!! Recipes looked yummy, thanks for sharing !
Love your hair Emily and Your teeth look awesome Ethan. Happy Saturday 😎❤️
Thank you!!! Emily appreciates the hair love. My sons name is actually Ephraim - but I’m sure it sounds like Ethan when we say it. Glad we could make you smile today :)
Omg I'm sorry lol 😆.... what a neat name, love it. I will definitely hear his actual name next time you say it lol !!!
Hi! I am so glad you did this review. I have this book but haven't tried many recipes yet. Would love to see you try corean recipes from cheap lazy vegan 😊. Greetings from Lisbon, Portugal.
Great suggestion! I've been meaning to do some videos focusing on other UA-camrs
Have you reviewed Clean Vegan by Jackie Akerberg? I love your cookbook series. Thanks for making them.
Thank you!!! Adding Jackie's book to my list :)
I loved how your son asked/said "Really", when you said you were both going to eat it out the skillet. Lol
A mix if excitement and fear :)
When I make stuffed peppers I use tomato sauce instead of water to bake them in. And I bake them about an hour. Those looked good!
You mean you put tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan?
@@pbwithjeremy Yes I use a couple of cans of sauce and set peppers in sauce.
You went to a Grateful Dead tribute show and made tye-dyes in the parking lot! Either that or there was a school event or a craft show with a tye-dye workshop. I love making and wearing tye-dye! I'm a regular hippieeeeee! ✌️
I love both of these answers :)
I came across your channel and love it. It's like watching a sitcom! I would like to see you try Fast Easy Vegan by Jocelyn Graef. It's great that you are honest about how recipes turn out.
Awwww - thank you for this :) We're just being our goofy selves. I can't find that book... is there a typo in her name?... Thanks!!!
No the spelling is correct I bought on amazon
Weird. My library is behind the times!
Always awesome. Have you ever done the washed flour recipes?
Not yet! What is that used for?
Thanks for sharing this recipe prep! With the black forest chia pudding, the recipe called for ground chia seeds, yours were whole; that's why you had a bit of a struggle with it. I don't use chia seeds much, but I do use flax seeds, ALWAYS ground. With flax seeds, if they're not ground you can't digest them [that's the polite version...] I think if you try using ground chia seeds you'll have better results : )
Yeah - we must have missed that step!
Greetings from Atlanta GA USA. I have been plant based for 3 years. I lost a bunch of weight fast in the beginning but in the past year my weight has been slowly creeping back up. I still have a long way to go. I'm glad I found your channel. It has re-inspired me to get back on the program.
Oh good. We have the same challenges on our side. I’ve got about ten pounds I’d like to shed. Think that would make a good video???
@@pbwithjeremyyes as I have another 10 pounds to lose too. I know it all has to do with cutting down nuts and nut butters as that is what I used to make sauces and dressings. I don’t snack on them, just use them as ingredients. Would love to see some recipes on using PB2 as a replacement for peanut butter in recipes. Never eat oil unless I eat out which is very rare. Thanks again.
I mean, just use the PB2 - not sure specific recipes are needed - but I'll put it on the idea list. Thank you!!! And yeah, I think I'm in the same boat.
@IsidoraSage I have heard this happens and have seen this happen to so many plant-based people. Food for thought (lol) ... It appears to happen when people stray away from their simple whole food diet they begin with and start adding more "fancy" foods. Would you agree? It seems the simpler your food, the better for your brain, taste buds & sustained weight loss. Best of luck on your health journey :)
@@pda2836 YES! That is absolutely what happened. I need to get back to basics
watching from the Netherlands ! 🤓
Oh wow! Hi from Toronto!
You’re so patient and brave with this cookbook! I thought it was way too complicated and work for a not very tasty end result. Bland even. Plus I ended up buying a ton of ingredients for the recipes: red miso, white miso, tamari, that I used one time and never again. 😂
Thanks Jen - we had a similar reaction. Lots of great ideas, but needed tweaks for sure,.
Hi PB, I am actually looking for the pumpkin pie Spice ingredients. The herb mix that is added. Sorry for confusion. I would just add left over pumpkin mashed from night before but the spice mix. I am not sure what is in the ingredients label. Hope you enjoy your movie
Right! Here's what I would go with, but you can always adjust the various spices to your taste and add more of one, less of another, etc....
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground cloves
Thank you so much for this review!! I just purchased this book and am looking forward to trying out the recipes.
Can you add Love and Lemons to your cookbook list? Her recipes come up often when I search for stuff. Not everything is vegan or oil free. I would love to learn how to tweak the recipes.
Added that book to the list! Might take a beat to get to it, but I will. Let me know what you think of this one as you dive into it!
I'm new here and I love you already!!!!😄😍😋
Oh yeah! Thanks! Anything in particular you're enjoying?
Good video! Was looking forward to this one as I do like (Robin’s recipes in) his cookbooks. Which of the recipes (not just the ones in this video) did you like the most?
Ideas…for the pasta, you can cut the acidity with a pinch of baking soda, or you can balance it with a bit of healthy sugar. For the broccoli soup, maybe stir a bit of white miso in each bowl of soup to add a salty flavor, without killing the probiotics of the miso. 👍🏻
I really like your idea of blending the chia seeds for a smoother pudding. Have you tried a silken tofu pudding?
The matching tie dye shirts…I’m guessing you were on a hippie curling (pickle ball, hatchet throwing) team, or maybe you were packing CSA produce boxes at an organic farm. 😂
LOVE your tie-dye guesses.
Fav recipe.... I'm pretty partial to that Chocolate Cherry BROL :)
I'm made a silken tofu chocolate tart that is one of my go-to recipes to wow people and shock them with a delicious plant-based dessert :) It's on the channel somewhere! :)
Great video, beautiful family! Watching from Ohio. I'm guessing you're Canadian. Heard the accent and saw your son's Bluejays shirt. 😊
We are! What gives away the accent??
@@pbwithjeremy The word 'out' for one, lol. Love your content!
Hi! I love your reviews on cookbooks! Here are some inspiration that it could be fun to see : Oh she glows ( never tried any of her recipes… but i’ve read many good comments ). Also, the buddhist chef from Jean-Philippe Cyr. He is a great vegan chef on the social media in Quebec . Also, if feasable for you to review some french ( quebec ) cookbooks, I would have few ideas :). Thanks!!
Hey! Buddhist Chef is already in my que - I'll be getting to it VERY soon - and I've been a big fan of Angela Liddon for a long time so we'll get to one of her books super soon!
Can’t wait!!
So happy i found your channel … love it and subscribed! Your kids are adorable and crack me up. Side note: Your wife never seems very happy. Lol
Thx! She’s always pretty happy considering I’m shoving a camera in her face when eating. :)
I love this video! If you have time, will you mention what music is playing during the stuffed peppers section (around 19:15)? Hi to Woolie, Ephraim, and Annie, too! Rock on with your tie-dye, it's far out!
Everyone says hello back, Nancy! That music I believe is called Morning Walk - it's from a website I use for music called Ubbeats :)
@@pbwithjeremy Thank you, I found it! It's by Jonny Easton. The music went so well in your video. ❤️
Awwww - thanks!!!
Im going with couples wine and dyeing. Where you tie dye each others shirts with various wines your are sampling 😅. Only because of the wine colors, or my other guess would be using berries to naturally dye the shirts and then taking home a delicious berry compote or jam. Editing to say option 2 guess since it looks like y'all have tie dye shirts now watching more of the video.
Love all of these guesses - way better than the actual answer :)
@@pbwithjeremy lol. Had to get creative. Probably just what we plan on doing with our kiddos which is tie dye shirts together as a fam.
Would like to see you review Whole Food Plant Based Cooking
made Easy from the Whole Food plant Based Cooking Show. Thank you!
Thanks! I looked at my local library - they don't seem to have it. Is it an e-book?
Great video! Have you done a video on the cookbook called HealthyGirl Kitchen? I bought it and I havent tried any recipes in it yet. Thats my problem is I buy cookbooks and try one or two recipes. Your videos have inspired me to try some of those recipes!
So happy we've inspired you - that book is already on my list so it'll get to at some point :) I myself have been guilty of having books and not using them as much - part of the reason I started this series :)
The plant power kitchen by Dr Gemma Newman would be nice to review
Great suggestion!
Some winners in that book. I think I might grind up some of my granola with a few extra nuts or seeds to give the crustless pumpkin pie some added texture. But many good ones in this book. Watching from Vancouver Island.
Me too. Watching from Langford.
Some real winners - LOVE your idea for adding texture to the pumpkin pie. NICE
Where is Langford?
@@pbwithjeremy just outside Victoria. Moved from here from Langley, near Vancouver, 2 years ago after living there for 4 years and before that I lived all my life near Ottawa. Followed my kids and grandkids out west! Love the weather here.
Awwww - that's super awesome - thanks for letting me know :)
Thanks for the cookbook review.. I would love to see you review “Vegan at Times” by Jessica Seinfeld. Yes. She is Jerry Seinfeld’s wife.
Yup - I've used several of her books over the years. The title for her new book makes me laugh - I knew she caught a lot of crap for it too. People who are vegan don't do it casually - I think a better title would have been Plant-Based, at times. Anyway - I'll add this to my list - I've cooked from it already, but we didn't do a proper review :)
I agree with the other comment about Fuss Free Vegan
Added to the list. I really should try to connect with her, I'm pretty sure that she's literally a neighbour of mine!
@@pbwithjeremy yes, I think she is in Toronto. She also has a new cookbook coming out in October.
Ohhhhhhh
An idea for more protein, serve the creamy pumpkin sauce over lentil pasta.
SOLID. Thx!
Have you tried the Fiber Fueled cookbook? I live in North Carolina.
It's already on the to-do list - thanks!!!
