I used to use the metal strap banding when we did horizontal boring under the road for sewer installation! Bankers are nice to have to secure things! Nice video Ken, thanks for sharing! ✌🏼❤️🙏🏼
When you were telling me about this tool, I was thinking it was a metal banding tool. I didn't know it was nylon banding. I'm not sure you're gonna need those edge guards. You might be ok without them. I did see a box of 300 on ebay for $50 though.
Just a thought. I use rachet straps. I found as the wood dries these become loose and no longer hold as tight. With the rachet straps I can tighten as the wood dries and keep good pressure on the pile of wood. It's amazing at first how much the wood shrinks as it dries and it nice to be able to take up the slack as the wood dries.

I am looking for a tool that can do the same, but for a 2mm or 3mm fishing line - Will this tool work such a plastic line ?
