How do you fix the tentioner on the banding tool? I have same exact one for work, but it constantly slips when banding. We just got new ones in April.

Is it possible to untension this without cutting the web? E.g. I have an application where I need to later adjust tension so they are all the same. This may mean adding a quarter inch of slack to one band.
Is it possible to retension it later if you leave an 8" tail

Yeah i used to just slide the top strap out of the cutting ring after cranking and squeeze the handle and slide the tool out that way i didn’t cut the band too short and i can come back and adjust the tension
