I’ve had mine for comming 5 years now. Mppsk, pure 800 and a couple of supporting mods. 600bhp daily and looks just like 320d but sounds like a jet fighter. Wonderful indeed. Bonus is the really low running costs compared to any m model.
If you don't mind me asking, what's your plan B if an expensive component goes bang? Eg if the engine has a serious failure, causing various damage. Do you put money away to cover this? The reason i ask, is i would love to start modifying, but i pay monthly for my extended manufacturers warranty, and don't think i could sleep at night without one. Heard stories of gearboxes going bang and people having thousands in repair bills. Then a turbo going and repeat the thousands again. I always wondered how people do it. Obviously your not going to be broke if you decide to go down the modified route, however even with having a six figure household income, it scares the shit out of me. @@reddragon1572simple answer, you always hear of the few horror stories compared to the hundreds if not thousands who modify and have little to no issues.
Adding hardware and mild software tuning isn’t going to make an engine suddenly explode or gearbox s!@t itself. For sure it’s going to highlight an issues if there is one already starting to manifest itself.
The best way is to use well trusted tuning companies who have a good track record.
@@reddragon1572if you have a six figure income, i dont understand why you would be worried to modify your car. If you are that worried, you should modify a cheap car so it isnt going to be that exspensive compared to a 340i.
I’ve got a 2018 340i in sunset orange. Absolutely love it, understated, incredible sound and performance. Best car I’ve ever owned
I had a 340i touring 2017 signal green with dark tan extended leather HUD, pan roof, heated steering plus a host of other goodies including the MPPSK set up I still miss it as it seemed as a one off rare specced model 😢 but hey someday I’ll buy it back if I could find it again great machines !.
Blimey that spec is unreal. Unique colour options like that aren’t always great sellers but that’s definitely my kind of car.

That is a lovely example and a truly honest genuine seller.
MPPSK is probably one of the best mod’s I’ve had fitted to a car. Got it fitted by BMW to my old F36 440i and it really does give you a “Jekyll and hide” car , near standard sound in comfort but different animal in Sport and Sport+ 👌

Awesome motor, I have specced 3 of my previous BMW’s with red leather, also put adaptive suspension on my company 5 series in 2010, great addition for £1K. Nice to see a really honest and passionate car owner👍😎
These are great cars, I bought mine new 6 years ago spec'd it to keep at the time and I still love driving it. Best car I've had, a great all rounder and its been as reliable as a wood burning stove! I'd run it as a daily for a while

What a lovely car and a genuine car enthusiast. I bought a brand new 335d touring back in 2016 in the same exterior colour with full M Performances bodykit including rear spoiler, alcantara dash, carbon gear knob and carbon handbrake and i was the first to ever have a flat bottom alcantara steering wheel fitted by my bmw dealership which was a real pain in the butt for them to fit. Beautiful car oh and mine also had the sunroof. Great spec it took 8 months from initial order to delivery. I sold it 6 months after delivery because i had lost interest in the car having waited so long for it. 😮
He did it he brought the focus! What a stunning vibrant car that is colour really pops on it and both cars have been well looked after- Well done Calv!! Hope the orange focus st is on planet of dreams

What a great guy knows alot about these cars and treats his 340i the way i treat my 440i.
It has the right specs, but is missing the digital cluster for the lci models and a few things like extended leather, lane change warning and sensors etc but it still is a proper car! What a deal

I have one. Very similar spec including MPPSK and love it..
Looking at these a year or 2 ago but a 335d touring and it needs the pan roof imo.
I ended up with a fully kitted 435d in tanzanite blue with a sunroof and heads up display, adaptive lights, and msport pack plus an array of other bits including the heated wheel which is alright for winter. Dont have the digital dials but i dont like them as ive seen them in person on another.
Was owned by someone I knew and at a cheap price so couldn't refuse.
But would be swayed by a 340i touring however are much more and a 35d which are still expensive.
Nice to see a mint looked after car.. I'm very similar to this lad with my white Audi TTS with red leather.. no one eats in it.. my car is mint but looking to keep it for ever..

20k for that Good money for the car millage and such a good spec too, others with shitter spec and slightly similar mileage going for more than that
Respect, and a younger self had OCD with cars, learned it made little difference when trading in, so keep them clean but don’t go over the top. Prices to high and market too small. Still respect the lad, 💥💥
Love this car. I currently have a 2015 320d touring with pan roof, H&K, 4 heated seats, upgraded brakes with blue calipers and an electric tow hitch that tucks away under the bumper. I love my touring even tho its got 155k on it. Wouldn't mind the red leather and the 3 litre lump under the bonnet.
I’ve had my 335D touring for about 8 months. Hands down best all round car I’ve ever owned.
‘Full black panel display’ is the instrument cluster I discovered this when buying a new X4 and ended out with a cluster 90% analogue with a calculator screen embedded vs full black panel which is more a 60/40 split of analogue and digital

Speck...how does he find them...he should be in the car trade..respect to how he thinks..that car looks new man..my favourite shell colour and I love the darker wine leather but that red leather is in perfect condition and wanted the wheel re trimed..quality car..if I had the money I'd be after that myself..someone is going to be very happy with that car..💪👌
I have a 340i touring at Stage 1 right now with some back box mods, res delete & xhp stage 3 gearbox map. Lets just say this thing absolutely roars when you plant your foot in Sports+ - best ever daily in my opinion

Ps the full black display is the display in the instrument cluster, shows different settings when eco comfort sport sport + are used. And if tuned the gear is displayed . 👍 I’ve just got a 320 xdrive touring with pan roof 😀
I'd honestly get it, these 3.0litre engines are bullet proof. I'd remove those horrible paddle shifter though
all cars need a sunroof imo - once you have a sun roof you never spec without it

340i touring is top of my next car list. They are just starting to fall in to my range of sub 25k. This looks a fantastic example although I don’t think I need any of the performance frilly bits that this has got. Love the red leather. Sunroof , great extra but wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me.
Paid 22k for my 2016 touring fully spec’ed out 80k miles a lot of car for the money I reckon and not a million of them on the road
I’ve started to look at 340i too, however for under £30k you can get a f10 m5 2015 onwards with low mileage. Also f80 m3.
340i with a map can be pushing the 400hp mark!

Actually not too bad. Sunroof and active cruise ftw, shame they mainly come on non msport

the only thing a sunroof does it heat up your bald spot and leak water in. no need for them.
These guys look after their cars. Wheels are like brand new. The cars so clean at 56k miles
