Hi Maya, will try to do a video to answer the question. Short answer, both can be good for you. Tempeh is soy, of course, but fermentation probably makes it more digestible that plain soy beans. Tofu is also relatively digestible (compared to plain cooked soy bens), but has the fiber removed.
