This guy is awesome, I can definitely see the Frazetta and Boris influences. I just ordered the signed deluxe copy. My wife is going to ban me fr UA-cam, I keep buying these awesome books I see on here.
I wonder if Mr. Schultz will ever release the Xenozoic standalone graphic novel he's been working on for, at least, a decade. I've already made my peace with the possibility that he will never finish the Xenozoic main storyline, but at least let us see the the graphic novel! :D
@@magnumcornetto has it really been a decade? Never say never. Barry Windsor-Smith took forever to finish his final book MONSTER, but it finally happened.
So sad I only picked up his comics just as he stopped publishing it. His art and brush work were still improving . So disappointed the story and his art will not continue and we are just left with these collections…
He did a lot of work for Marvel and DC but you really have to dig for it. And you have to be carefull because sometimes he is listed as having worked on books and he only did inks or a small 3 or 4 page section, not the whole comic.
@ravesensation5533 Really? A lot of work? This is before or after or during his own Xenozoic Tales? I remember hearing him doing a few covers and pages here and there, but nothing that would qualify as "a lot". Well, either way, a talented artist who stopped doing regular work way too early...
@ well, take a look at his wiki page. Again, because it’s so many titles and I have no idea what all these credits are for, so I don’t know what it would add up to.
So maybe all these credits wouldn’t add up to a lot, but I wish there was one place where I could actually see what all those credits were for. Thanks for commenting.
Fantastic book! I picked up a copy thanks to your video. I'll make sure Schultz sends you a commission.
@@TheReverendStrange I doubt he needs help from me, but thanks for watching!
Interesante gracias por subir su trabajo👍
Wonderful drawings! Greetings from Chile!!

@@jacklambert4958 it’s definitely one of the best of the artist sketch book type publications I’ve gotten.

Wally Wood MUST have been an influence on him. Or it’s one of the biggest artist fluke I’ve seen in many of years.
@@alfrede.neumann5513 well, when he says EC comics was his biggest influence that of course includes Wally Wood.
