In this video, we’re going to talk about the difference between Dead Sea salt and sea salt.
Is Dead Sea salt different from regular sea salt? Absolutely.
Dead Sea salt is from the Dead Sea, which borders Jordan, Israel, and Westbank.
Salt from the Dead Sea is 10X saltier, but it contains less sodium.
See how dead sea salt compares to other forms of salt:
    • Sea salt - 90% sodium
    • Table salt - 98% sodium
    • Dead Sea salt - 8% sodium
60% of Dead Sea salt is made up of magnesium and potassium. This means that it’s not meant for consumption. You should only use it topically-meaning on the surface of your skin.
If you’re going to use sea salt in your bathtub, you want to use only one-half cup because it’s very concentrated.
The therapeutic benefits of Dead Sea salt are:
    • Decreases skin breakouts
    • Increases skin hydration
    • Decreases signs of aging
    • Decreases rheumatoid arthritis pain
    • Supports the health process
    • Decreases knee arthritis symptoms
    • Decreases fibromyalgia symptoms

I use Himalayan salt for food. Ive tried it for baths but didn’t really notice anything. I take baths using epsom salts for when i have sore muscles. Ive taken baths using dead sea salt and i felt it was the best thing I’ve ever used for my skin. Skin just felt smooth and soft. Seemed to reduce acne. I would definitely highly recommend taking dead sea salt baths for better looking healthy skin.

I was suggested dead sea salt for ezema and to me it sounded very counterproductive however I thought I should look a bit deeper because something seemed off. But what I didn't realize is despite the name of the product being accurate it's still misleading because most people think salt=sodium including me I didn't even think about the possibility of other minerals in there so I'm quite happy because I learned something new and may have found something that will help my eczema and the best part unexpectedly found something for my knee arthuritis!

Thank⚘you for your analysis. I have discovered that Himalayan salt will not raise my blood pressure. I also discovered Himalayan salt gives me energy when I put a pinch or 2 into a small glass of water & dilute it to tast & I feel energetics. Its amazing. Now that all I use is Himalayan salt only, I have to be carful when eating foods from restaurants. My BP is raised high. So, I am sure to strongly insist on no salt whin possible. Some seasons come with salt so not adding salt to other items is helpful. I carry a smal medicine bottle of my Himalayan salt with my other necessary items of my choice to keep me healthy & happy away from home, even to the store😉😊 Stay healthy & Blessed🙏🏾

Sea Salt is sodium chloride. This is made up of 50/50 sodium and chloride. This Would be different to potassium chloride or any other form of salt as the case may be.
Chloride is part of the chemical makeup of salt.
When you see the analysis, it breaks it down.

if it is absorbed thru the skin for health benefits, then it seems a certain amount could be consumed by mouth....maybe add a certain amount to your drinking water. I would think if you added enough to drinking water so you really can't taste it or barely taste it that would probably be enough.

@@1dayfree you can't get proper iodine. Which implies iodine isolate because it is never present in nature. Eat seaweeds for conc iodine. All crustaceans too provide iodine.
