Cool, I have another simple recipe i use on Hardwoods. 50/50 ratio of new engine oil and Diesel, if you need a dark tone use old engine oil . For a week your deck will smell like a automotive garage. Thanks
I was given a recipe of 50/50 vegetable oil and turps. My balcony and balustrade is all jarrah. A lot cheaper than the Cutek product, although it has lost some of the red jarrah look. But it’s nourished. Next coat : 75/25. Balcony faces the coast and cops all elements. I’d like to include a stain next time.

I was thinking of mixing left overs of cabbots decking oil with this mix instead of throwing it out. So your recipe is 50/50 turps / linseed and 1/2 can of turbine?

I have installed new Merbau decking and am looking for an oil formula to stop the 'bleeding'. Is this formula good to prevent bleeding?
