Oh that Congo/Conga thing totally works on the final release! I forget the sequence of events to trigger it. It's either talking to him as a Termite without ever having talked to him before, talking to him first as Banjo and then returning, or it's something like leaving the world as the Termite and then coming back inside. Something like that. Your highschool self should feel vindicated.

The dragons if I im not wrong on a normal gameplay the dragon you face second is the one with 12 health
