This is a very sobering video - we are talking about expeditions to Mars and developing habitat and manufacturing ecosystems off World, yet on World, we still have massive gaps in health inequalities. Good to see passion and accessible technology make a difference in treatment and preventative health outcomes. Be good to revisit this story in a couple of years - good luck.
I really like the concept of this series. Talking to builders around the world. Brilliant!
Muito legal! Que surjam mais iniciativas como estas para preencher lacunas e resolver muitos problemas nas áreas da saúde, meio ambiente e educação.
Let's all build in the cloud!
Amazing initiative and thanks for bringing Brazil's initiative. On another note, the VP is dressed like a real local sambista. Looks like an authentic carioca :)
Very good projects of health in the Brazil.
For those wondering how to read the prices in the chart right at ua-cam.com/video/NNNju68n2do/v-deo.html, you can divide it by 4.5 and you will get an approximate amount in USD.
A few examples from the video are:
Mammography ~ 172 BRL or 38 USD
Retina Mapping ~ 160 BRL or 35 USD
Glicemic Index analysis, Blood tests and Urine tests ~ 10 to 15 BRL or 2.2 to 3.3 USD
Next time you look at health care in America, think hard about these numbers. Think hard about who you are putting in charge.
very useful
Only at 1:10 and we already seen Brazil's natural resources
