    Today my kettlebellweek startet.
    I use a 4 kg one because I am handicapped and do several excercises.

    I peruse YT for the better KB flows..and yes, this a keeper..trying to get the transitions from one to the other..but you will break a good sweat..

    Wouldn't this be considered a kettlebell complex, as opposed to a flow? A flow having one rep of each movement 'flowing' into the next. Thanks.
