If the bottom of the bread is too moist when you remove it from the parchment paper, just put it back in the warm oven, upside down without the paper, on the rack for 10-15 minutes. This will help it dry.

I have use this recipe dor pizza, lasagna (keto twins), cut into squares and made raviolies *use cream cheese as my glue to hold the ravioli's closed and made chicken noodle soup with it. Cut 1/2" strips and toss in my soup. It holds up well and was great chicken noodle soup.

Try a Joeseph flatbread. Much less salt and only a few more carbs, plus you don't have to make it! We sometimes cut the Joesephs up and make chips by baking or frying in avocado oil!

I'm going to try putting some yeast or nutritional yeast in it for more of a bread flavor,, It might make a difference, and adding some herbs... Fresh Rosemary, Basil, and pepper

I couldn’t find any cottage cheese with less than 5g of carbs and 5 grams of sugar per serving. Is it too much? Same with Greek yogurt.
