All of them big name cooks/chefs cannot hold a candle to Uncle Clyde. He is the real deal, simple life cooking good, healthy foods. He need to have his own TV show.

Uncle Clyde that is fry saltfish not boljol. Boiled saltfish is buljol with raw tomatoes raw peppers raw onions red onions and you hot oil and pour it on top mix well. And wallah with zabooca. 😜🤣😂💯🇹🇹❤️

I like my buljol cold. I put all the tomatoes and onion in fresh no cooking.
Tomatoes must be cooked to get the full flavour of the lycopene and aid proper digestion. Onions should be precooked unless you're using salad onions such as the red onions.

How much more old school can you get? Calabash & sea stone. Buljol just the way my family likes it with dumplings, fried bake, roast bake, steamed ground provisions etc. Uncle Clyde, will you be housing those precious chicks in a chicken coop wire cage with newspaper at the bottom? LOL

This is made like cooking to eat with ground provision. But I make it raw and I don’t add most of those ingredients. Only salt fish oil onion tomatoes and black peppers-:)(

I make saltfish, I put all the same ingredients with the exception of the coloring so what is the name of that. I didn't catch the name when you said it. I live in Florida so don't know where to get, is it annatto? Thanks for sharing.
The colouring is called roucou. Adds flavor to the food.
