I'm absolutely loving the price line you been doing lately in the channel Nick, please don't get me wrong, $17 million Yacht is fantastic, but these lesser expensive I think the rest of us just connect better with them, even tho I would say $156,000 is most likely way out of budget BUT, they can be achievable, and that is what links us to these boats, so thanks for that! In regards of the Beneteau Antares 12, I think this boat when it came out in 07 must of been one of their hot sellers, such versatile yacht, can fish, can sport cruise, can cruise, huge room sizes for the size of this boat, shes showing a bit for age in the smaller details, but certainly a nice buy if one is willing to spend a little bit and lift her up again, thanks for the video, another gem! Side note Nick, have you ever considered making playlists of your reviews based on price? Maybe something to consider? I would love to continuously watch them almost like "side by side" (well technically one after the other) reviews that are similar price, might generate a few more clicks too ;) Anyhow, stay safe see you in 48 hours !
Just hit upon an idea thanks to this comment by Elbowz, Nick. Any chance if you could introduce us into the world of yacht financing and the various ways to purchase a boat? I believe that would be really helpful!
In the pre electric past of humanity, a unique star was observed, revered and named Antares - the rival. Since then the name has been put upon many Earthly things, but naming this model boat as such appears to be a proper fit. The boat is a rival of many, in just as many ways. Another Aquaholic find. Nick, your ability to suss out such unique boats is becoming your hallmark. "We" might never have heard of or seen so many stand out vessels if not for your tenacity and vast knowledge of "boating". I raise the Ensign skyward in your praise - thanks, Nick.
This is the ultimate first yacht. Speed, luxury, descent storage, and it can fit four people. Also, it looks beautiful. Thanks for the great review Nick!
I have never been interested in boats but for some reason your style and enthusiasm has completely hooked me, I have watched almost 40 videos in 2 weeks and now know so much about boats my wife is convinced I have bought one in secret! I am completely sold on a Princess F62, just need the lottery win to get one now 🤣 Cheers for introducing me to a new interest, see you at the boat show!
Hi Nick. Im a fan of flybridge boats. Love that curved windscreen. The pantograph rear boarding door and the double entry engine room. Smart looking boat in blue, quality beneteau build. Great walkthrough tour thanks 😊
I've loved the Beneteau family of boats since I was first introduced to a cousins 27 foot Beneteau sailboat in 1986. They've _always_ been able to squeeze a lot more into their hulls than anyone would rightfully expect. Thanks for the explanation on why there's been the occasional creaking when you're walking around the salon and cabin areas, I will say it can STILL be prevented by making sure the covers for those access panels are properly fitted and seated in place LOL.
Nick I think the best thing about this channel is your genuine enthusiasm for features and design elements of boats in the 100k range just as much as boats in the 10 million range. Small boats all the way through super yachts you always seem to find things you seem to like and it isn't this contrived salesman shlock, your absolute enthusiasm just shines though. Cheers mate from Toronto, Canada. Also I love the fact that I now know really well what the helm, galley, saloon, bridge, cockpit, head, loo, ensuite, and Volvo panta's all are!
Whenever you said "Lets look at the flybridge" i had to double check the price. £156,000 and you get a whole lot of boat for your money. I thought you were done. Great value
Nothing much for me with this one, but it doesn’t really matter, someone will fall in love with it, and have amazing times. I’m convinced that an Aquaholic tour of a garbage scow would keep me glued to the screen LOL. Great job as always Nick!
Great review as always. I love how this one is a bit of jack of all trades. It ticks so many boxes for so many different purposes that it can appeal to a wider audience.
these is a great boat which i can strongly recommend as I own an identical one for 5 years. It´s a sporty fishing boat a great cruiser and I spend two months a year traveling around the baleárico islands in Spain. I just love it so much !!!
I've begun just hitting the like button before I've started the video so I don't forget. I can't imagine you'll do or say anything to enrage me and I always enjoy looking at how each boat makes the most of the space available.
Dual en-suite cabins, flybridge, bathing platform...this is a tiny little super yacht! The wood could use a little LTC, but overall it's in great shape considering its age. (Just make sure to put that wiper back on...) Thanks, Nick!
I know this is a sports fishing boat but put a few directors chairs in the cockpit and a table and you have a great boat that I would certainly be proud to own. Nice tour as always.
I love the shower for a boat this size, nothing like combining it all in one to make a miserable head this one has a shower separate from the rest so very impressed.
What a nice bit of kit. It wouldn't look out of place in Miami. A sports fishing boat, without a ridiculous tower or a cool fighting chair. Very usable. Excellent tour as per always, thank you. Take care and stay safe. 👍👍👍⛴🛳☠🛥🚤🏴☠️⛵🚢⚓😎
... more into pleasure cruising than fishing, but I like the flybridge helm at the back - very practical when stern to berthing in the Med :-) TY, Nick!
It’s so interesting seeing what boats you guys have over in the UK! I’m grew up in Annapolis, tons of Hinckleys, MJMs and the occasional Nordie! It’d so sweet if you reviewed a Hinckley. You won’t be disappointed!
Very nice ...Love the Flared Bow ...wish more boats had that .....Was a bit surprised to see a hob and sink under that wood...I was expecting a big pop up TV 👍😎...anyway ...great to have two En-suite cabins ...Top vid again Nick ...just missing. Maggie & Jacque !! Lol ❤️👏😎
Square bin! The amout of times Nick opens a galley cupboard door and this stupid little round bin just sits there wasting 25% of the void space it irks me so much I realize I should get out more.
Hi Nick. Im surprised this is not a contender. 2 sunpad areas, wide sidedecks, indoor and outdoor helm, 2 good size ensuite cabins, dark blue hull. Maybe the Sunseeker is a better choice. When you do choose the channel will be Electric. Great videos thanks 😊
Cracking boat at a great price too! 👍🏻 Although getting on 14 years old she’s hardly showing her years? Although designed as a fishing boat I can easily see entertaining guests on board soaking up the sun & enjoying the yacht lifestyle without breaking the bank. Great job as always Nick! 😃
Accommodations are very well laid out. Not so sure about engines under the saloon due to the obvious noise and vibration. Make sure to keep enough money on hand to deep clean and generally refurbish this one.
@@darthkek1953 Its interesting, and I'm sure everyone would have their own take. I'd like Volvo digital throttles, which would interface well with those D engines, prob a Dockmaster for single-handed berthing, tender davits, a small freezer in the saloon, and I'd put a small dining table and fridge on the flybridge instead of the large sunpads. Oh, and small solar panel array to trickle charge the batteries.
Nice boat. A couple of things though, first, why is the stern jammed up against the walkway? And second, the cover for the microwave folded open looks pretty dangerous for someone's leg.
loving these more “affordable” boats that have been shown recently!!

As well as an introduction to how to rent and run a family friendly boat for 1 or 2 weeks. That should be interesting to most of us.
You and Peter (above) took the words out of my mouth.
It’s Aquaholic time!

This is my favourite boat so far 👍
Nice boat for a good price. I’m a simple man and as such was very impressed with the blue sinks in the heads.
Thanks Nick.
Inside is way more spacious than i thought... Great video keep up the good work

YEP. Two heads too.
Agreed Nick, the lines of this boat are beautiful! Big like!
That Sealine you did a couple of days ago seemed much nicer for similar money, 5 years newer too.
Beneteau is an amazing company which makes very solid yachts and well thought out designs.
3 numbers closer nick... we are getting there. Nice boat and great review as always
Little more a fishing boat than a sports boat in my opinion, well laid out and looks fantastic for her age, great vid again Nick. Cheers
Very nice boat - gorgeous lines

I cant belive the room in this thing! 2 bathrooms is unheard of usually in this size. Perfect little cruiser

Another great boat!
Love these Beneteau's, thanks Nick 😀
My pleasure!
Very impressed with the layout and accommodation on this boat. Excellent tour by Nick as always.
Wow just fantastic and lots of modes in the boat.. Looks great and amazing Nick Sir.. Even you are looking stunning in whites...
Nice little boat - great for learning the ropes on.
This is just a different level of ASMR. Good job Nick.

That's a good amount of boat for £150k. Looks to be in decent condition for the age too. Thanks again Nick 👍
Looks are deceiving! When you walked up, I never imaged there were two bedrooms and two baths tucked in the bow.
Amazing!

I would love to
Absolutely unbelievable what that boat suits my needs! Just right in all respects. And as usual, an absolutely superb episode! Thanks so much.
Glad you enjoyed it!
A really smart layout for such a 'small' vessel. Looks good on the outside, looks good on the inside. Sweet little thing! Cheers!
Quite like the hidden galley! Great job nick!
Work done, time to kick back and chill with an Aquaholic tour! ❤️❤️
Enjoy!
As always, a really enjoyable tour.
Great boat and a luxury fishing boat or family boat for most climates.
Thanks Nick 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
@@AQUAHOLIC you’ll have to find a 13.80 to compare against next! Similar money for 3 cabins with less of a fishing focus 😁

Thanks Nick, another one to go on my not so short list..As always, nice video..👍

Good combo, you can use it for both fishing and relaxing/partying
Thanks for the tour!
My pleasure!
Quite impressed with that boat nick. Just proves that you don`t need to spend millions to get a boat with some style. Great review as per usual.

Nice and as you said Purposeful.👌👍
Looks great for a 14 year old boat. Interior has held up well and doesn't look it's age.
Quite modern for an older boat. Is that a rise up TV behind the galley?
Hi Nick another great video well done and thanks as always
Glad you enjoyed it
lovely boat!!
This is an awesome looking boat. Two cabins and two heads on a sub 40 ft boat? Great cockpit area too.
Great beginners boat to learn about sea life
VERY GOOD

Can we get a tour of that yellow boat that’s attached to the tractor?
I love how boats don't age like cars do.
Well maintained cars age gracefully too
Maby the interior?
@@jgt_ Eh... My mom has a 2007 Mercedes that has been maintained amazingly, and that thing has not aged well.
