It was quite a long wait as almost everyone had multiple orders and it’s prepared on the spot. Probably took us 45-60 minutes. Yes you stir to mix in the ingredients.
They using bare hand to grab ingredients no metter how delicious they are it looks not clean anyway ! With that hand he dialed his smart phone to call his wife few minutes ago!

How long did you have to wait for the rojak? I assumed you would have to stir/mix the ingredients into the thick sauce instead of dipping it?
