    What is the best non dairy yogurt to buy?
    If you are lactose-intolerant or trying to avoid dairy for health or any other reason, a non dairy yogurt may be your preference.
    But it is important that you check the ingredients before you pick up just about any dairy-free yogurt you find at the store.
    First, it needs to be organic. Then, it needs to be unflavored and sugar-free.
    You want to make sure that the protein and fiber content are good, as well.
    Stay away from questionable ingredients that will do more harm than good to your body.

    Unfortunately Walmart does not give me the choices that I want or need on most things especially where healthy foods are concerned. Where I live now choices are hard to find at any of the grocery stores. I really appreciate all the information you share and teach us. Thank you

    Thanks for the review. It seems you are more concerned with the protein amount rather than the excessive amount of sugars in these products. Also, tapioca starch is an "extracted" product and is a "high glycemic" food which isn't a great additive at all. Agar is totally fine. Coconut oil like all other oils are not a health promoting food. Again, another refined man made product.

    The problem I have with all the plant-based yogurts is all the ingredients. I used to eat only plain yogurt and transitioning to non-dairy is proving difficult. I also want to make my own yogurt like I used to. I plan to experiment with different options.

    I used to buy plain Forager before they changed the ingredients. It doesn’t taste good to me anymore.

    I personally like coconut yogurt best! I find them so yummy! I love anything that’s coconut I find dairy hurts me so I avoid dairy and use vegan non dairy products they help me feel better
