Do you think it really helps getting exercise, I mean burn some calories?
@@yomero752 I maybe way too late lol. I can burn about 100 calories/hr with ring fit. It’s low compared to running that burn about 100 cal/10mins but it’s enjoyable and strengthen many muscle. Though you can focus on leg workout which burn more than upper and torso workout.
you forgot the 2 new game plus and 999 lvl limit to hit.
I’ve been thinking about it for a couple months but wasn’t sure I could do it because I am partially paralyzed in my legs. You actually showed enough gameplay footage that I can tell what I can and cannot do. I ordered it and received it today and went through the first level and I’m able to do it. So your video helped immensely.
That's great to hear Katie, glad you're able to use it 😊 - The accessibility options are pretty good. There is definitely room for improvement but I think it's a great start from Nintendo. I'm hoping they develop a sequel to this in the future
Mi inglés es excelente para leer, pero no así para escribir, pero te comparto mi experiencia porque espero te ayude; tengo 55 años, por décadas he presentado problemas en la cadera y cuando comencé con ring fit hace ya más de un año, algunos ejercicios fueron muy difíciles de hacer para mi , pero no desespere y continúe.
Hoy; a un año desde que comencé, mis problemas de cadera casi desaparecen. Mi consejo es hacer aquellos movimientos que te cuestan trabajo muy suavemente, pero ser consistente, hoy por hoy , estoy muy cambiado en mi figura, pero sobretodo me siento más joven y mucho más activo. Animo niña, tu puedes!

You guys listen.. y'all don't understand how hard this game is. I played it on EASY and was sore for 2 days. The resistance on that wheel thingy is CRAZY. So much respect to this man for doing this on hard AND for the great video ❤️❤️❤️

I started playing this last October after not working out ... Ever 😂 and depression made me gain weight like crazy, and it is such a fun way to work out in the comfort of my own home, so I'm not worried about anyone looking at me being a noob 😂
Just for the future, don't worry about being looked at. Couple of years ago I was actually quite obese, no muscles at all, just a shitton of fat. And I've actually went to the gym, altough I really, really don't enjoy that, unlike that game. However, nobody looked at me, altough I was fat as hell. If there was any attention, it was either because somebody wanted to show me how to do the excercise better (which was very helpfull!) or more with uhm respect, because if a fat man joins in, it's saying he's willing to change and put some work, which is a lot of overcomming.
But yeah, I don't go to the gym anymore, because I don't like working out "for the sake of it". I recently started ring fit, because while I'm holding my weight pretty well, not overweight, quite some muscles on the arms due to my daily job, my overall fitness isn't that amazing. And I love the damn concept - I'm really working out, but it's actually fun - which I'm usually not having with a workout.
No lie, this was the best video review of the Ring Fit. Really enjoyed it, it was cool to see someone in good shape breaking a sweat, really shows that this game can be challenging for all walks of life.

Not only was this an amazingly comprehensive review, but I can attest to the fact that due to Inel's Twitch streams of this game I went out and bought it. I joined along when he was exercising, even before I had the game myself or even a Nintendo switch for that matter! The fun adventure style of the game made it a very appealing way to get some exercise, which can be very difficult to motivate yourself to do when in the midst of depression.

Was really drawn in by the tagline "One year review". I was already planning on getting Ring Fit Adventure, but I thought it was worth watching a review made after playing/exercising with the game for such a long time - comparatively to "sitting down" games, at least. The review was awesome. It was very informative about the upsides, the downsides, the software, and the hardware. And the energy throughout it was on point! Thank you for this.

Just from watching his intro for the first time, I thought the channel would have at least half a mil but i saw the 4k and was in disbelief lol
I just bought this game earlier this week and I gotta say, one if my favorite aspects is how encouraging it is. The upbeat and lite music and aesthetic design and how much it feels like the devs cared to make a product for real self improvement and encouragement comes through.
And as for this review, I really appreciate being able to hear the thoughts of someone that stayed committed. Seeing that highlight of that suuuper long overhead press was super hype! I've always had an issue with how "boring" working out is but this game helps so much for that. And it's amazing there's literal years worth of content to work through.

I was really enjoying RingFit when I was on furlough last year, and used it as a way to try to stay active (as I'm frankly not someone who has any exercise routine). I let it go when I went back to work but watching this video has got me motivated to get back into it: especially watching you had the same amount of floor space to work with! I wish I'd caught these streams before finding this video. The way you were playing and also using extra tricks to ramp up your fitness level was really inspiring! :D

Thanks for creating this content. My body is very weak from not exercising in years, I’ve been on and off the game to try to build my stamina back. Seeing all the advanced stuff and how much this game can actually do really inspires me to play it more often.
I just ordered Ring Fit Adventures a few minutes ago - the clincher was watching this video (after watching many others that feature gaming-specific viewpoints or failed challenges from people who are already fit/not injured). I am a 45 year old Marine veteran who weighs far more than I should. Having just bought a Switch last week, I have made looking into the fitness applications a priority, and this looks like exactly what I need to move into a fitness habit (and a nice way to get back into Twitch streaming). My hubby got this for our son, he went from soccer, baseball and school stuff to nothing but virtual school & video games due to pandemic, plus we got lazy and depressed (you know 2020)....my son started, then I started and we love it...we walk as a family now and do this as extra work out....it’s fun...thx for video...

I bought it in November during BF, but hadn't had time nor mental/physical energy to actually try it out until, legit, the very last day of 2020... 😅 I've only been playing for a week now, daily, and because of my extremely puny, unfit, sickness-prone and weak AF body, I'm currently playing it on lvl 5 difficulty and on silent mode, until the game tells me to take a break.
It effing fun. It's effing engaging. I always hated PE and working out - but I LOVE playing RFA. I'm actually looking forward to it each day! Also, the game design behind it is just... wow for a fitness game - the music, the very clever mechanics, the charming characters, the way it introduces new ways to play, and so on... Why did the game not /win/ some awards???
I know right? I think for a game it requires a lot of dedication to see the majority of content so most critics won't see everything the game has to offer. Glad there are many like yourself that are really enjoying it though 😊

All of a sudden I remembered this game and decided to look up reviews since I’m getting bored of doing regular cardio at home.

Great review! Ringfit got me back into exercise and a healthier routine after not working out in so long. I quite enjoyed games like Wii Fit etc, so I've always been interested in this title, never picked it up though and received it for Xmas this year. I was very surprised how tough yet fun it is. This review was very well-made and opened my eyes to features such as using the ring when the console is asleep and the rhythm mode, which both seem awesome. So yeah, thanks a lot and you've earned a subscriber, thought I had stumbled upon a large channel; you deserve more subs! Keep up the grind man :)

Great video and review for the game! I'm on day 14 of playing the game (been playing about 3 days a week since I got it). I'm not in shape and am obese, but I've definitely noticed a change in my energy levels and mood already. It's awesome to see how the game can still be useful for someone further along in fitness than I am.
That's awesome to hear. Those first initial sessions are definitely the hardest. As your body gets used to it, you start to see improvements. My stamina was also the first thing I noticed that improved. Keep at it and see you on the leaderboards 💪🏿

@@inellly Well, I'm a big believer in its potential to give a rounded workout to people who are new to fitness or may not be comfortable in a gym environment. I love how well it can hit the majority of the muscles as well. Its quite humbling at first!
Yeah, I should really get into doing those leaderboards and stuff! I mainly focus on custom mode and creating playlists for people :)
