    Good video. Interesting, I have a 2020 Powerstroke CCLB. It doesn't have any steering component nor ball joint grease zerks. The only zirks on the whole truck are the front U-joints. I wonder why yours has them and mine doesn't?

      Now thats interesting. I am not sure if its something they added in 2021 or if its a 450 only thing

      @@trucksandrecreation The boys over at Powerstoke Tech Talk mentioned that they believe it's a 450 and up thing. Thanks for the reply!

      Grinds my gears how cheap they're making trucks now and how much more they're asking for them in return..... i think they stopped putting grease zerks on all superdutys but the F450 pickup and cab n chassis and larger in 2017 when they switched to alumiduty......... my 05 F250 has all the grease zerks my 2019 F250 has none...... not even on the knuckles for the Front axel or even zerks on the drive shaft. gives us a cheap product thats designed to fail just out of warranty

    Hi i am wondering about tire wear, do they wear evenly? I am used to setting toe in at lowest spec possible with an alignement since i rarely tow 30000 pounds, what do you think?

    • @trucksandrecreation
      @trucksandrecreation  2 роки тому +1

      Knock on wood my tires are all wearing evenly so far. However the steers are beginning to feather slightly. On our semi trucks we normally toe in 1/16-1/8” and get good tire wear.I honestly never checked the toe on this yet

    (edit) just to clarify. its funny how most of the parts are identical in part number on the front end even in the smaller trucks yet they just don't put a grease fitting on it and put a plastic cap where the grease fitting should be. bean counters at work. ah yes its 1.25 more expensive to put a grease fitting on this part we save 20 cents putting a plastic pushlok cap on it instead. and well get tenfold in return on new parts because the end user (you) can't grease your front end and will have to replace it far far sooner than the guy who puts aftermarket grease zerks on his stuff or drives an older truck.
