Love to see you do the horror hike. Then again I love all tour videos. Say hi to Millie and The Star for me. I have a question for you...what's the best way to ask it? 🦄☘🇮🇪
Now this would be right down my alley. History is something I've always appreciated and through my research for my ancestry, several of my ancestors died from the Plague. In New Orleans they have similar tours. I signed up for one last time I was there, but they cancelled it due to not enough people signing up for it. P!$$ed me off to say the least.
Thank you, Claire! If I ever get to Ireland I _will_ go on this tour and as much of the other things as you've shown us. Yes, please do the hike. Thank you so much!!!
I live right next to Salem, MA...the Witch City...they've lots of similar tours centered on the Witch Trials....I think they're all walking tours though...but the bus idea here looks great...you should definitely do the hike
Great video you all in Ireland have some of the interesting in great history that I've never seen or heard about so again thank you for bringing us along on that tour learned a lot of new things and very cool you all take care
I can always count on a nice bit of journalism from Clisare. Curiously, I've just spent the last several days with plague having run across a documentary quite by chance that explained plague disease progression in comparison with AIDS and several other nasty intracellular diseases that all work the same way.
This looks like it would be a blast!!! You do a great job of giving us just enough of a taste to know if we'd be interested in the tour or not. I think I would love this tour and I know I would love the Perfect Pint tour!
I would go on that tour in a heart beat. Listening to the accents, they are very easy to understand unlike the largest group of Travelers/Tinkerers in America about 20 miles from me. Now they are something else, been here since the 1800's, they break into a language that is completely not understandable.
Personally I don't get up to Dublin often especially when I come back to visit family. However I'll have to make an exception for all of these tours 💀👍🏻 thanks this is one of the reasons why I like your channel
Fans of the macabre would love this for sure, why wouldn't a pint taste good even in plastic were that the case red solo cups would have gone by long ago. Have to love "I need the work".
One element of what makes a good pint of Guinness is the glass - how clean and new and cold the glass is etc, so being in a plastic cup should mean it’s not as good of a pint. Learned all this on the perfect pint tour!
Always enjoy your video's, hope to make it back to Ireland in October., this will be my last trip. Getting too old, but I will head back to Jim or the mill, thanks to you! You Be Safe and Stay Well.
@@Clisare actually if you have recommendations for showing a first timer around the city, that’d be great. I’ve been a bunch of times (coming from cork to visit my fam) but I have a good friend flying in for the weekend of the 23rd before flying back to boston. We’ll likely spend a night out but would love some out of the box ideas around grafton street etc
This reminds me of a haunted walk that I took part in about 15 years ago, except I intercepted the spirits of two small children, one of which was a baby and the other her toddler brother. They both shot into me baby first, then her brother pushed her out of me to take over. When he left me, I actually died for about a minute before I came back. After that I was surrounded by orbs and spirits the rest of the evening. I can’t even imagine the spirits that are running around inside the walls of those places. It would have to be horrendous! (Btw I’m a born clairvoyant and empath).
This looks like great fun😍 !!! So, now I'm adding this to my Dublin to-do list!!! Loving these touristy vlogs! I'm from San Francisco and being a tourist in your own hometown can be fun. I didn't go to Fisherman's Wharf until I was in my 30's!
I think I'd scare the patrons more at my Halloween home haunt. ha! I've even been known to sport a leine(tunic)and a broadsword. I also make my own props, like my profile picture. Social distancing during the plague? The pint can't wait or be denied. Jars, buckets, whatever you got. My father used to tell me stories of when he was a kid in NY. His father would send him down to the bar with a bucket so his father and neighbor could enjoy the summer's day drinking beer. If necessary cup one's hands ;-)
Every time I don’t use them I get comments that people can’t understand my accent or that I talk too fast. I found it was making me neutralise my accent in videos, which a lot of Irish creators do, and then we all end up sounding like we’re trying to imitate American accents. I’m proud of my accent and want to talk the way I talk and still be understood! Plus, when I include them, it helps my videos be more accessible so that can only be a good thing. They do take forever to do though!
@@Clisare I won't lie, the brogue gets thicc when you're in your cups but sober its easy. Didn't you live in San Diego for a brief second? Maybe that's why I easily understand you.
LOVED THE VIDEO...BUT...ANYONE WHO SERVES GUINNESS IN A PLASTIC CUP SHOULD BE FORCED TO STAND BARE-NAKED IN THE PUBLIC SQUARE AND TO CONFESS THEIR SINS ALOUD. BEGINNING WITH THEIR MORTAL SIN OF SERVING GUINNESS IN A PLASTIC CUP. Those who drink Guinness from a plastic cup are criminally complicit & should be committed to a mental asylum for intense therapy until deemed mentally stable to the point that they clearly comprehend their behavior is unacceptable. These Philistines must agree to NEVER repeat their heinous behavior. 🙂 Best regards from Yucatan Mexico, Ben
Yes, please do the horror hike!
The narrator / guide’s cadence for storytelling and humor was spot on.
This looks like so much friggin fun !!! Another hidden gem of Ireland !! Would love to see the Try Channel crew do this !
"We swear as punctuation." - Love it, Ireland - a nation of seven million Samuel L. Jacksons. Good vid Clare. Keep them coming.
That looked like so much fun! Learning things in non-traditional ways is the best. Thanks for sharing with us.
As an American the joke about the mortgage for an antibiotic- had me cackling lol truer words were never spoken hahahahaha
Yeah can 100% recommend. Did it with a few friends and had a great time😀

Sounds like you did just ask a question 😂
That was amazing! Thanks for showing it.
If I ever go to Dublin, I'm DEFINITELY going on that tour! It looks like so much fun!
Looks like good fun, and you're keeping the staff working!😂

You said down, I said up... Guess we cross paths 🎉
Oh, yes! Right up my alley! My husband and I go on the haunted Charleston, SC tours often. Thank you, Clare! Spookily delightful ❤
every hike is a horror hike, eyyyy
That was great. Loved it. I imagine Dublin would have a mighty reputation as a haunted place. Very interesting. Blessings,❤.
Pure slapstick.
“Paddington 2” a person of refined taste, I see.

Just too see the different Pubs would be great. The other one sounds fun as well. Loved flash-back clip of “Baby Clisare “ 😂
The other pubs in the perfect pint tour? Unfortunately can’t be giving away the whole tour you’ll have to come and do it yourself! 😂
My husband and I are planning on spending a couple of weeks in Ireland next year. We will make sure to stop here

“I’d welcome you all to hell” me giving my therapist a tour of my brain and all my traumas.
Yes please
I believe that only in Ireland can you get pint on a graveyard tour. However, I'm convinced if true, it's just another reason to visit. 😉

How long was the tour in its entirety? It looks very interesting...

We weren’t allowed to bring glass on the bus. Come on now!
feckin' hell, tough crowd! I thought the woman tour guide was funny, not hilarious, but she alright, but no laughter at seems a bit harsh
There was a lot of laughter! You probably can’t hear it as she had a mic on but the tour guests didn’t 😉
@@Clisare Okay, fair enough, I'll let the crowd off, just lightly though 😜🤣
