Watermelon. 6 cups are about 250 calories. I have mine with salt, chili powder, and lime.

The sweetness is what I crave. Having the watermelon helps me to not binge into ice cream bars or something like that.

In sum: Popcorn, Jell-O (fat free, sugar free gelatin and pudding), shirataki, protein fluff, soup, salad, zucchini, trail mix (natural).

Coat grapes with lime juice and sugar and freeze them. Basically replaces sour candy
Being in a calorie deficit it is not always easy, especially when the motivation starts going down but if we trick our brain with low calorie dance food that still is appealing to our eyes then we are down to success in the weight loss journey

The problem is that i live with my family so i have to eat what they prepare and the often don't buy a lot of foods that is high volume low cal like watermelon yoghurt chicken or jelo free sugar so that's really hard to cut for me and they always add a ton of oil in th food
Pro tip
Incorporate intermittent fasting and eat your first meal around 1pm, my first meal is usually around 1600-1800 calories, high in lrotien and fat
Keeps me full and Satieted and so delicious
Then a small pre workout snack with fat digesting carbs then a smaller meal after my workout then start fasting till the next day. Never hungry
Utilize sugar free gum and coffee and decaf coffee and especially diet soda
Hard boiled egg whites... I fill them with things like hummus or chicken salad.. and I use them to bulk up my salads.
Love me some popcorn. Another one I like to eat when I have a sugar craving is frozen grapes 🍇. They don’t freeze completely solid. Consistency is popsicle-like. TRY IT and let me know what you think.

Cucumber, slightly salted, with vinegar...it rules, specially during summer...extra low calories, refreshing, good tasting....
low-fat (2%) Greek Yogurt should not be omitted from this - low calorie, great taste, filling - list...with just a few drips of thyme-honey it can get sweeter
An apple and carrot shredded with 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt is also a great option! İt would be around 150-170 calories max :)
For those that crave an occasional pizza I order the small gluten free pizza from dominos. It is delightful! Crunchy thin crust and I order it with pepperoni, cheese, peppers mushrooms and tomatoes for only 160 cals per slice!
Mix that sugar free pudding or jello with Greek yogurt and boom! High protein chocolate, lemon , cherry flavor etc
I have done the Greek Yogurt & sugar free jello cheese cake mix, OMG taste just like cheese cake filling!

@@nikkihaley4133 yes, but do it slowly in increments because it does get thick & harder to stir. I usually mix it in Fage 5% yogurt.
Snack 1: thin organic pretzels, some carrots & cucumbers, hummus
Snack 2: apple slices with PB Fit peanut butter( it’s a powder peanut butter u just add water and it’s 70 cals w 8g of protein compared to regular peanut butter which is 190 cals w 7g of protein FOR THE SAME SERVING so u could double the on fit serving and be at 140 cals still less cals and more protein)
Snack/Breakfast/Desert: in a bowl add Non fat Greek yogurt(90cals) protein granola(depending on how much you add 100-almost 300 cals) and add blue berries and raspberries OR for something more tropical instead of sweet add strawberries and pineapple
Breakfast: oatmeal: in a bowl add half a cup of oats and add pb fit + protein powder,mix, add a bit of water or milk, microwave for 30 secs, mix and add water or milk and microwave again for 30 seconds and mix and add banana and berries and greek yogurt if u wish OR add oats and add a premier protein shake little by little I usually only need half of it and I can drink the rest
For salads lettuce is super low calories so just add lean protein, fruits or vegetables, nuts, and a low calorie dressing
If u work out opt for eating protein bars as deserts or u can blend Greek yogurt w chocolate protein powder just add a little bit of milk so it can blend and u can add fruit
Lactose milk is low in calories high in protein and calcium
Also opt for fat free cheese and low calorie bread(the new harvest brand has a 40 cal per slice option) rice cakes are only 50 calories and skinny pop is really good low calorie popcorn
Also carbs aren’t bad they give u energy especially for me cuz I run but they can take up calories quicker so it’s best to focus on incorporating protein in every meal if u can and leave carbs for right before a workout or in the day or the night
dude apple and PB powder is legit. pro tip: mix liquid EGG whites with your PB powder instead!
One of my favorite snacks is frozen fruit, like strawberries, raspberries oder blueberries. They are low calorie and you it takes you a while to eat them because they are frozen. Especially strawberries take some time. I am someone who always needs to have a snack, so this really helps me to not eat too much

Honestly, I have been doing this whipped egg white snack. Simply add some stevia or flavour drops and it tastes amazing! If you also add some low calorie cereal (puffed rice or even granola) and it is an amazing bowl! Huge volume and keeps you full! Definitely a game changer for me between lunch and dinner

I agree! Stuff that. Eating nuts and dried fruit is the worst when counting calories. And it’s like who the fuck wants to eat only one serve? If anything it makes me feel more hungry after eating it

Thanks so much for that! I am currently on a calorie surplus diet and have a massive problem eating a lot when it doesn't contain sugars. You gave some excellent alternatives to stay healthy and still snack. Please do more of these with healthy options only. Or options that need to be prepared. If you just want dense, calorie packed food that's not just crap, then nuts are always good. And if you're not the biggest fat of nuts, or it gets too nutty after a while, just a little bit of chocolate (like 80 nuts 20 chocolate) will make a huge difference taste wise and satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time.

For me, it's low calorie ice cream (whole tubs being only 300 or just over calories) watermelon and cucumber. Cucumber is very filling, but if you're still hungry you can just munch on more, you could eat 3 medium sized cucumbers and only consume a maximum of 95 calories. Another one is mushrooms, not only do they taste amazing, they are extremely low calorie (25 cals per 100g) and they tend to make me feel a lot fuller, I think mainly because their texture and consistency is a lot thicker and fuller than many vegetables. Also, light or low cal cheese is pretty great too.

Chobani has a sugar free fat free vanilla yogurt that is lower calories than plain yogurts. 70 calories versus 90 calories a serving. It's so good I can't believe it is not sweetened with sugar. Ingredients say Stevia which is my favorite sugar substitute. Add protein powder to make it protein packed and tastes like a desert. Breakfast to take a break from egg whites, I do one serving oatmeal, 150 calories, half serving of the yogurt, 35 cals, and 50 to 100 grams of strawberries. Skip strawberries and you're at 185. 100 grams strawberries and you're around 220. Very filling.

Oatmeal + boiling water and 2 spoons of some flavour of your choice is a super filling breakfast and it's delicious!

Derek I noticed that u mentioned salad. I found 89 cent bagged salad @ Aldi just the other day. And they also sell an amazing tasting Italian dressing that's also 89 cents. Derek you gotta try these 2 options out.
How many calories were in the dressing? Some salads end up having more calories than a Big Mac because of all the dressing.

Lol, the tightest ones! I think Sonoma makes a few of them but it’s hard to find ones that fit until I’m at my summer weight (still need to lose about 10lbs here).

The sugar free jello is not bad. Definitely got that sugar free taste though, haha. I'm a little afraid of the shirataki noodles. I've heard they have a weird odor and rubbery texture.

You have to rinse them very well and then add flavour to them, like a bit of pesto and grated cheese.

Trying to lose weight by eating less, because eating healthy backfires, I still live at home so my parents pick out dinner. But I had a green apple for breakfast and I'm already halfway through the day, going strong! At the moment I am 16 y/o, 169 cm and weigh around 69 kg. That's 5,5 feet & 152 pounds. I'm going to keep up the good work (probably gonna add in workouts too) and let y'all know how it goes ;)

Take that sugar free pudding and pour into individual serving cups...freeze and you have pudding ice cream. Takes longer to eat when frozen and satisfies that ice cream craving.

Water lemon 3 cups 10 calories.
Cucumber and celery. Celery is 10 cals per stalk and a whole cucumber is only 45 cals.
These are good suggestions but many will spike glucose

👍👍good video. This morning I just tried to buy healthy food I like. If I must overindulge, at least only good foods at home. Low sugar Greek yogurt with a few fresh pecans. I like the fruit baby foods too.
