I agree the transitions are a tad fast, but I think Rowan intends this to be more of a thing where as we watch, we pause and extend each stretch as long as we need. That's what I'm doing anyway, haha.

The movements are great for a post workout stretch. Unfortunately the transition between each stretch is too fast. Improving this would make this video even better 💙

Although I'd appreciate a seamless video to change of position in time (can't do it instantly now can I) with timer rings also when changing sides not just position. Update: these never fail to get me to regain my breath after intense workouts. With practice you memorize the exercises, their order, and by counting between 7 to 8 seconds on each side gets you to follow the pace of the video almost perfectly. In a few more sessions, I bet I won't even need the video to follow them. Really good session.

That was a GREAT post workout stretch! I felt so many bones cracking (in a good way!). I could tell how tense and tight my body has been from lifting weights daily. I always warm up but never do any post cool downs. The time flew by. And I feel like I’m standing straighter lol.

Eavh stretch should last at least 30sec to really work. But you if you are beginner you can increase time as you wish.
Just slow the video downnn
0.75 speed + do it until it feels good
remember the moves and do them slower
Yeah, 7 months into my training and I always use this to finish. I'm definitely more flexible than when I started💪
