That salad is similar to Indonesian rujak, minus the papaya, fried tofu & tempeh. We normally use unripe or barely ripe mango. Taste so good, crunchy tempeh, soft fried tofu, sweet pineapple & papaya. I usually make a huge bowl of it to clean out my fridge every week. Both my kids love it.

Seriously when I see this guy cook like just in this video all I see is work. He's working VERY hard. That's a bunch of work. He secretes a sweet nectar from his hard work. But the price he pays to do it is incredibly laborious. Nothing wrong with it. It's just that's a bunch of work he just did there and I feel no one realizes it. Recognize this.

    Here's a small tip:
Know that 'itchy' feeling when you eat fresh pineapple? Wash the pineapple, after peeling, with cumin(seeds, not powder). You take a small amount of cumin and rub it all around it and wash. Its gone! (itch...)
I really don't know how it works, but I've been noticing that since the dawn of my life with pineapple :D
