It depends where. If it is on the exhaust manifold it self or somewhere where is too hot soupy water won’t help because the heat will burn the water instantly and creates bubbles even if there is no leak. Try spray the manifold u will see. Best method is to pressurize the whole system turbo at the intake and plug turbo at the exhaust behind.

Your fan doesn't blow that paper all over at least where you can definitely tell where the air is leaking from?
I’m thinking you can also spray it with soapy water. On a second thought, soapy water might not work well for very big leaks like in the video.
