If you look at it that way, Tomba for $130 is a steal because our money has become increasingly worthless over the years and they purposely kept games at relatively the same price and decoupled from inflation.

I am throwing out infamously annoying songs of the past. Mambo number 5 The Macarena and The Ketchup song. As for the one hit wonders, the biggest issue is how you measure that? Like do we count exec meddling? I am sure a few of those songs were pushed by execs and when they failed the rest of the album got sidelined and not pushed into music TV shows or radio air time. Also foreign one hits are also difficult, like sure in the west they may be a one hit wonder but in Europe they are doing well and can easily keep going and bringing in crowds until they are 70 years old, how do we measure that? US only? Western World only? Global? Which measurements we use can change the song either way quite easily.
