there is an extension called video speed controller. where you can setup and increase or decrease the speed based on user defined increment. i have set mine as 0.02 so everytime i hit B speed goes 1.02, 1.04 etc etc when i press V it goes 9.08, 9.06 and so on. best speed is 1.15-1.18 i watch all my videos at 1.18 including your this video right now.

I agree companies should hire based on merit not to check a box. When you hire based on the need to have a set number of xyz people and they are barely qualified to do the job. When people like this are hired you get mediocre, at best, or at worst, complete failures of products.

As a DM I often write narrative based events, and everything inbetween to that part is filler that my players can decide on what will be.
The narrative should be about the journey.
