Well now, this class is THE class that shows me how much progress I have made! I am on the second time around and the first time I abandoned this class because I found it SO hard and fast and I was SO frustrated. I did come back the next day or a few days later to try it again and I succeeded the second time. Today, I still found it hard, but nothing like 4 months ago. When we got to Savasanna today, I thought to myself « What? Already? », so I’m feeling pretty motivated & positive. Thanks ladies; I’m off to do Shireen’s next class (which I remember as HARD) while I’m feeling it. Namaste.

I was so afraid of Shireen's classes for the second round, and now that I am back for a 3rd round, I was actually awaiting them, see how I developed :) I went through the whole class without any problems! :) Held all of the harder, strength poses, too! Lovely, thank you Lesley, 3rd round for me!
The first time I practiced with Shireen I was a hot mess lol the change was difficult for me to accept. Now round 2 I came with an open heart and it made THE WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Even though your two styles are a tad different, it was a good challenge! It is good for us to embrace change, and not stay stuck with what we are comfortable. Thank you both for a good practice today!
Well, this one certainly knocked me off-centre! I was feeling delighted with my progress as I approached the halfway point, but this flow left me feeling too slow, unbalanced, uncentred, inflexible, and just plain clumsy as I struggled to keep up! Felt like a different discipline altogether...I stuck with it though, but switched it off before shavasana and practiced some handstands on my own to remind myself how far I've actually come! I'm a teacher, and I know how hard it can be to pick up on someone else's classes part way through an established course, so no reflection on lovely Shireen, but looking forward to having your strong, calming rhythm back on the mat very soon Lesley xxx

I'm very familiar with feeling slow, unbalanced, uncentered, etc. Some days it's like that for me on the mat and other days it's like the whole universe is aligned and I can do anything! Thank you Shireen. I thoroughly enjoyed your class today. I always love Leslie but it is nice to have variety too. Scissor pose is definitely beyond me at this moment in my practice but I will get there with “practice”. I can see how I am developing through this 90 day programme.
Thank you Lesley & Shireen for this practice. I've been in a long grieving process, but just recently lost a job and have been just in a slump, no energy or motivation. I pushed myself to do a 30 min. practice. It doesn't take the pain go away but helps me re-adjust my focus.
I'm very sorry to hear about your grieving and the loss of your job. I know that grieving comes in waves and some of those waves are very, very powerful. I'm glad you were able to practice...keep up the good work. Love and blessings to you.

In my first round of the 90 day fix I struggled through Shireen's class and became so frustrated with it. This time the poses were challenging but manageable and I really, really enjoyed it! It feels so good to see progress. Both mental and physical. Thank you!
Lesley you have shown me my yoga practice. This Vinyasa Flow style works the best for me right now. I even got into the scissor balance poses which surprised me because last year I wasn't strong enough to do that yet. Thank you for your practice. And thank you to your friend, Shireen.
It was certainly different working with Shireen. Although it was a vinyasa flow, it was the first tutorial I followed of someone who wasn't you, and it showed me the differences in how people teach yoga. I loved it though. It was nice to try some new poses and new transitions, and I felt stretched and good throughout my whole body by the end of it. I also learned some new tips and tricks to poses as well, so it worked well for me. It was great to practice with her and I can see that I can look forward to another one of those practices in the next session!
I cannot do scissors so I just hold the knee bend. Too much pressure on my wrists since someone else commented on that. Great #yogapractice. One of my faves and love Shireen
Challenging fun class in a lot of ways. Definitely a challenge for me to find that centered feeling at the end that I normally have after these classes. I think perhaps I’ve gotten used to Lesley’s flow/rhythm. :-)
I totally fall into the group of people who had their butt kicked the first time around with this class, but I think this is my 7th? time doing the 90 day challenge and I LOVE this class now hahahaha I remembered it being so difficult and dreading it the first few times and now I don't even break a sweat, thank you Shireen and Lesley!!!!

I've been doing a couple of practices a day to catch up (I know I don't HAVE to, but it's become it's own challenge) and I'm almost there. I love faster flow yoga because it puts very little pressure on my injured right shoulder. This is a #yoga practice that I could modify easily. I followed precisely except for two modifications, 1) side leg lift side plank I did not lift my outside leg due to wrist pain and 2) no splits into chantaranga however you spell that. hard yoga workout that for even those of us with injuries can complete with very few modifications. Sometimes I find it very frustrating when I have to modify too much because I need to move it and sweat but if I have to modify too much very often we spend too much time not doing the yoga. Really like this practice
she is very very good but the exercises were a bit to difficult, and unknown, ]I had to watch a new poses and do it, caught me off guard. But nevertheless now I know new poses and will have to work on it. Thank you Shireen.

From doing these videos I can't imagine going a day without yoga, I'm developing a healthy habit and changing my life for the better, for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart :) 45 days and I'm loving it! But I have a very large chest and because of that I cant bring my knee in-between my hands to smoothly transition into a warrior pose from a downward dog for example. Do you know any way I can work on this or any alternatives besides having to disrupt my flow to get up and then get into the pose?
Penny O Hi Penny! Thank you so much and I'm so happy to hear that you're creating a healthy habit!!! Regarding your transition into warrior, try to bring your foot to the outside (pinky side) of your hand and then when you come into warrior 2 you can move your feet to line up the front heel with your back arch. When you're practicing Warrior 1, your feet should line up heel to heel, so you might not need to adjust your feet at all. :-) xx
OMG! I have to agree with Barry Gleissner. This was a fast-paced and challenging routine. I commend Shireen with stepping in for this vid but she was on fire. Fightmaster Yoga I find myself sweating more with each passing video and i love it. thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise for us mere yogi mortals.

Hello Lesley Fightmaster Yoga Today was such a challenge and my body got heat up inside, I end up took my shirt off and practice hihihihih I have discover that my body can achieve so many posture now and only 45 days of practice. Ouch I'm sorry that happened. Be sure to ice it and keep it elevated the next few days. Avoid practicing yoga until the swelling is gone and there is no pain. It's very important to keep your feet aligned properly. Please pay careful attention as you return to your practice. I would suggest my alignment course which is a must have for those practicing at home who want to avoid injury.

Gharbi Zoubair Hello! Thank you for your message. It is so difficult to say how long you can expect to practice before being able to do headstands or handstands. Everyone is so different. One of the best core exercises is plank pose (the top of a pushup). As you get stronger, you can add chatturanga push-ups...just be sure not to dip your shoulders below elbow-height. first of all, I love your class and thank you so much for sharing, I've been practicing your 90 days session for quite a while, but for Vinyasa flow, I just don't think suddenly change a tutor is a good idea, since each person has his or her yoga routine and pace, for Shireen today I think she is a great yoga tutor just you two has different habit in flow, which make the whole class a little bit off the track. maybe it fits more to have different yoga instructor in non-series session, but it's just my opinion. Again, thank you again for sharing your class with all of us.

I wasn't able to film a couple of times during the 90 days (I got cold and my back/neck flared up from being rear-ended by a car). Ideally, I would have made all of the classes myself but I figured it was better to have a substitute teacher that to skip a day. :-) xx

Today was such a challenge and my body got heat up inside, I end up took my shirt off and practice hihihihih
I have discover that my body can achieve so many posture now and only 45 days of practice. Although, I know is not about the post, but the breathing still I am amaze!

This one some how caused me to sprain my ankle. =/ Hopefully it will heal fast.
Ouch I'm sorry that happened. Be sure to ice it and keep it elevated the next few days. Avoid practicing yoga until the swelling is gone and there is no pain. It's very important to keep your feet aligned properly. Please pay careful attention as you return to your practice. I would suggest my alignment course which is a must have for those practicing at home who want to avoid injury.

CurlsandWellness thank you! No, I didn't train with Baptiste, but I know people who did and I like like that method. I trained in Ashtanga and the YogaWorks method and Shireen trained in the YogaWorks method too. xx

I've been practicing yoga for half a year, but I still can't do some asanas requiring core strength like head stand or hand stand.Do you know what asana I can train my core best? If I keep training my core, How soon approximately can I make some breakthroughs? I am also curious about when did you manage to do core asanas like headstand? Looking forward to your reply!
Gharbi Zoubair Hello! Thank you for your message. It is so difficult to say how long you can expect to practice before being able to do headstands or handstands. Everyone is so different. One of the best core exercises is plank pose (the top of a pushup). As you get stronger, you can add chatturanga push-ups...just be sure not to dip your shoulders below elbow-height. first of all, I love your class and thank you so much for sharing, I've been practicing your 90 days session for quite a while, but for Vinyasa flow, I just don't think suddenly change a tutor is a good idea, since each person has his or her yoga routine and pace, for Shireen today I think she is a great yoga tutor just you two has different habit in flow, which make the whole class a little bit off the track. maybe it fits more to have different yoga instructor in non-series session, but it's just my opinion. Again, thank you again for sharing your class with all of us.

I wasn't able to film a couple of times during the 90 days (I got cold and my back/neck flared up from being rear-ended by a car). Ideally, I would have made all of the classes myself but I figured it was better to have a substitute teacher that to skip a day. :-) xx
