After attempting the previous classes with Shireen I had made a public comment about not being able to keep up with her and that I would visit previous videos in the future when she appeared to lead classes. Well I didn't and I am so glad! she does move quickly but I completed these two practices and my abs were burning for the rest of the week. Amazing! Thank you Shireen for the burn:)

Loved this flow! But it was a little too quick for me. Would LOVE to do this class in slow mo over an hour. I find that sometimes the hardest poses are the ones we are asked to sustain the longest!!
Back after 3 month break for hip injury. I don't feel like me without yoga. Thank you so much for providing these classes so I can regain my strength and mobility at home. I think I might scream if a teacher tried to adjust me right now. Nowhere to go but up!
I appreciate everyone sharing... It wasn't just me who thought this was a bit fast paced. We each have our own perceptions, but sometimes it helps when we share them with others! Thanks Leslie for so much variety and so many wonderful practices to choose from!

I am so much stronger today compared to December 19 2015 when I started yoga fix 90, day 1. I cannot believe I just breezed through this class :) Round 4! :)
Leslie, while over the head leg poses and closed twists and down dog are not great for pregnancy...I modified this fabulous flow for me at my 17 week Prego mark. Added pigeon n place of that overhead thing, replaced down dog with the standing forward bend and do open twists except the floor bent knee which is fine. This is a nice flow to really release the back. For the ab work I did most of it but last half did forward standing bend. Really love this flow so couldn't give it up...just made it work for my condition. I am carrying daughter pretty low so down dog causes cramps in my lower abs hence my modifications. #pregnancyyoga #yogaflow #quickyoga #sweatyyoga
This was a fun flow class!! I did that moving plank with the blanket with a stability ball instead and I noticed that I have a much stronger crow these days. Loved the balance poses/flows too. I have weak ankles and need to balance exercises to not to twitch my ankles daily. This was peeerrfect!! :)
Good thing I didn't know beforehand that it was going to be much core work in this class! Haha oh my was it tough but so much fun! Now that I've done the class I feel refreshed and I'm sure my core will be sore tomorrow, thank you both for another great class :)

Hi. Thank you. I was super apprehensive about Shireen's class this morning after the last two that she did with us. However, I am so happy that I did not assume it would be impossible and that I practised - it was great! Still not able to do some of the positions, but little by little , I am getting there. My flexibility is increasing and my ability to clear/quiet my mind in Shalabasana (?) is getting better too, even if only still for short periods of time. All that to say, well done, great class, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Namaste.
This is my favorite Shireen class by far! Made me sweat and her poised style makes me conscious of my clunky movements towards more flowy movements...which in the end makes the pose easier to move into! Great energy today. Felt amazing. Thank you ladies!!!

Very sweaty today - warrior 3 pushing the boundaries for me. After doing another yoga class yesterday on top of your own I have a question - how much yoga is too much yoga? (not to mention that I felt advanced in the class thanks to yourself)

I just would like it more, if it was a bit slower, instead of 30 minutes maybe 45? so i could do the poses more properly.. but nonetheless, i really enjoyed it! Yes, I know that was one of the hardest things that I learned...to slow down when making videos :-) I love to move fast too...it gets my heart rate up and creates heat, but it's so hard to keep up with on a video! :-)
At first watch she seems to be going at a good steady pace, but of course when you're trying to follow along and concentrate on your own practice while still following directions you end up needing more time to get into poses than you would think, and it feels like she's going crazy fast! I think part of it as well is that she knows the routine and and what's coming and I've got to wait for instructions. It's a more creative flow too, so not all the moves are intuitive. Anyway, I'm glad to be back on Lesley videos! :)
This is my second time through YogaFix 90 and I love how each class is so different. You always keep me on my toes! Speaking of that, do you have any recommendations for leg strengthening poses that aren't balancing? My right leg is significantly weaker and radiating pain up into my piriformis. Those balancing poses are really tough!
+Keri Burchfield I I'm so happy that you're going through this for the 2nd time!! Awesome! The best poses for strengthening the legs are standing poses: warrior 1, warrior 2, and side angle pose are very good. You could just practice them on your weaker side, so that it can catch up to your stronger side...
