These nice twisting flow practices are wonderful! I had to take a major break from my beloved daily yoga practice due to the flu. 7 - 10 days is so long and I can't believe how out of shape I feel but this rocked!! Thanks for being with me through all the ups and down in my health journey!!

every day I pause the video just before bridge pose and work on my headstand, forearm stand and handstand. I can feel such an improvement over the last several weeks of doing it every day!!! and today for the first time I held my forearm stand for 5 whole breaths :) :) practicing with you every day is having a really positive effect on my practice :) and I have to say that my intention is serving me well :) thank you as always.

Enjoying and benefiting a lot from this second recovery week. I loved this class today and the new “twist” to twists. I found some of them really creative. It is February too as I did this routine with Leslie but cold and wintery however, spring is coming. I can hear birds singing even though it is cold.
Dear Lesley,you are my drug! I got addicted to your classes. You inspire me to live a healthy life. I finally learned how to do a head stand. I wonder which are it's benefits. I can also say that I've found my inner peace. I am more peaceful and more positive than before. Thank you for everything!
Yes yes yes! This one is great for the outside of the hips and really helped me loosen up after a day of sitting at work. I would also expect those twists to help with digestion and periods so yay!
Sometimes the hardest challenge for me is to set an intention. Today it was really hard to keep the mind quite. Even though it as a lovley class. Thank you!
Was tired this afternoon (and we have unseasonably cold summer this year), but I didn't want to give up the class today, so I thought this was an easy one...well, it wasn't really..but I got it through...felt much better though still tired..
I'm doing the 90 challenge for the second time and I feel like this time I am in sync with each practice. Today is February 19th and it's 65 degrees in PA! It's amazing. Thank you for getting me into yoga!

This felt so good- I took a break from the HIIT classes that I usually do because I have a cold, and this was the perfect balance of stretching with a little bit of heat- thanks!
i love this twist yoga, especially after a long week. i'm really glad every day there's a different kind of exercise to strengthen, stretch, and build our body. the quotes during shavasana are really encouraging and inspirational. thank you for sharing and letting us have this opportunity to do yoga and be healthy in our minds, bodies, and spirits! :)
So day 52 : Done (right after day 51) ! Yesterday was a long day of work, but now it's the week-end for me (sunday/monday are my week-end) so I had time to make 2 videos in a row, and that was perfect :) This flow is so lovely, so yummy, my body was moving slowly and gracefully for pose to pose, it was really really great. Can't wait to do the stretching video tomorrow !! Namaste
Day 52 ✓ I was able to follow along with this one easily. Maybe my mind is clearer today. When my mind is muddled with too many thoughts it really does affect everything. I have read "The Four Agreements" and it is difficult to be impeccable with your word! Try it mindfully for one day; remember...you have to be impeccable with the words you say to yourself as well. I don't know if it was this flow or only because of my current situations but this flow brought up many feelings and eventually I started to cry but still continued the flow, after a few minutes I started to feel so much better. I even noticed the change in my body (I wasn't that tights as before) I feel like this class helped me a lot. Thank You so much, Lesley!
interestingly, both recovery weeks have come when i was sick (the first time with a stomach bug and now with a decent head cold). love how that worked out. enjoying this challenge so much! :)

In the beginning you mentioned that it was "unseasonably warm for February", and I'm doing this in February one year later and it's 80 degrees outside (in the evening)! SoCal is so odd, isn't it? :P
twisting is always nice I like this pace as it leaves me enough time to put my front foot to the front with the warriors. My leg does not fit between the ground and my chest :) Is this just me or do other long-legged ladies have the same problem??? Anyway liked this class very much. Thank you!
Marilyn3rietveld I'm glad you like the twisting!! Other long-legged ladies have the same problem too...I'm only 5'3", so I hope that you enjoy your long legs...I'm a little jealous. :-)
That was some kind of practice tonight. you really got the blood pumping tonight also. At this time I am only doing the practices with you and nothing on my own. Should I be? I have noticed that I spend a lot of time thinking about my yoga practice and wondering if I should be doing more. Until tomorrow, breath relax and enjoy
Barry Gleissner Thank you so much! I think practicing like this every day is usually enough. If you want to practice a little more, you can but I wouldn't practice more than 90 minutes a day. If your body and mind feel good, it's enough practice! :-)
Do you have any warrior 1 tutorials? I find it to be a very difficult pose for me to find stability in quickly. Would love some tips? I have trouble getting my back foot flat while keeping my hips square.

I wish you could not change poses so fast, especially if they are a stretching or forward-folding pose. I feel like I don't get the benefits if I'm rushing through.. Everything else was great! Enjoyed it a lot!
