Not the sort of thing we often look at in the book club, but this award-winning work by Stefanie Moshammer is definitely worth a look. It's intriguing, unsettling and actually quite funny. Compare it as a look at the USA with say Matt Black's American Geography.. I'm hoping to roadtrip in the USA later this year, should I approach the work in a similar way to this? When people talk about storytelling in photography, this book comes to mind as a truly excellent example. As Moshammer says the work is in a way about Las Vegas, without being about Las Vegas.
