    HI Savy, I just want to make a quick observation and give you some input. You are offering us some great information, but I want to suggest that you either get rid of your background music or you lower the levels a bit. I know you are trying to revamp the style of your videos-- I can see this-- but the music is a distraction because you are offering some very dense information and it's hard to take in with the music. I am a documentary photographer and have worked in film too and I am saying this because I care about you and want you to make videos that are clear and good. I hope you don't see this as a negative because I want to help you because you are helping us and me!!! It's really a lot of info and I am a bit confused, so, I need you to dumb it down for me in layman's terms. Which I see you are trying to do. I think I need to send you a PM in the meantime because I need to get on the microvore program. Take care and thanks!! I just felt that I should give you this input because I know you are open to criticism and are trying to make this all easy for people to take in. Thanks so much!!!!!

      +Juliana Beasley Oh thank you so much Juliana! I really value this feedback and definitely will lower the volume! So much gratitude for your suggestion here, you clearly know what you're talking about having experience in these areas so no worries about offending me, I love suggestions for improvement! And YES totally PM me and I'll help you out with whatever you need to get started and feel supported! :D

      +Earthling Nutrition Hi Savy! Thanks for getting back to me right away. And that's for being open to my personal suggestions. I think it will make the info much easier for your average person such as me to take in the great info you are offering us. If there is any way that I can help you with styling your videos and offering more input, I would be happy to help. It's something that I can actually offer and I would like to give you any advice I can because I want to see your channel bloom and your business too!! I will send you a message to your personal email. I just bought the e-book that is not the blueprint, but the one with 3 meals. I really need some help here. OMG!! Thanks again and will write you now. Get ready. LOL!! Thanks!

    Hi Savy. You mentioned in one of your videos that caffeine can cause fat storage. What about unsweetened tea? Or are you referring to heavily caffeinated drinks like sodas?

    Hey Savy. Have you read Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman? I feel your microvorism (?) is much like his nutritarian approach. So so similar. I'm just reading his book now. Gosh I feel soo much better having alot more greens and fats like avocadoes and chia seeds everyday. My skin and hair are softer and only benefits come from it. I would eat so much bread and rice crackers etc just to stay super low fat and high carb. Never satisfied ah was horrible :( Now I have Tahini and nut butters most weeks too. I have a collection of about 10 nut/seed butters ;) Thanks for making these great videos.

      +Katie Jo (Kiwi Fruitbat) Yes ma'am! Both are in favour of nutrient density, I like his approach a lot! Of course, lots of differences between them as well but the micronutrition element has many parallels! :) AWESOME to hear what you're doing now is working better for you!! :D

      +Earthling Nutrition do you have any critiques to his plan or things that are slightly or significantly different between his plan and yours? maybe that you say having vinegar and citrus at each meal. Many others? thanks :))) I do feel much better and Balanced . I'm glad you have found this way of living too

    0.5 - 1.5 cups "filling foods" when dry/uncooked or prepared?

    • @PaleoPlate
      @PaleoPlate  8 років тому +2

      +mery daae Prepared, feel free to add as much as you are hungry for, just make sure to prioritize those vegetables first! :D

      +Earthling Nutrition ok cool, thanks! yes, I get you're not trying to promote restriction its just hard for me to picture what normal portions for these foods are (supposed to be). Still trying to figure it out : ) thanks for your videos. I follow Dr.Greger a lot and he is very sound and evidence based, my favorite plantbased doctor. You integrate a lot of the things he says, I like that. I haven't still figured out what works best for me but I eat very close to microvorism and it makes a lot of sense. Keep it up!

    I have been vegan for about a year and I've been having digestion issues. So much fiber, especially when consuming beans and other legumes, really backs up my system. How can I healthfully eat whole foods while also avoiding some of these foods?

    what about the fact that most fruits and vegetables alone contain omega 3's? is this not enough fat? how much fat is enough? how much do we truly need in order to absorb nutrients?

    You didn't mention the biggest obstacle... COST. Not everyone can afford to eat this way everyday. The reason anyone would lose weight on your plan is because of avoiding high calorie foods like potatoes, pasta and rice. Nothing new here!

    • @eileenloves4802
      @eileenloves4802 7 років тому

      "filling foods" would include potatoes and rice! I'm not sure about pasta, she is gluten free though because of celiac disease, but she may be open to a corn or certainly quinoa pasta!

      +Alex Fülle I guess you could modify it and maybe skip beans and nuts but get some rice protein powder and avocados instead?
