I can definitely say her protein powder is THE BEST ive ever had . Not only the flavor but it mixes so well and such quality ingredients, with no sugar but it tastes like there is ! Very satisfying. It makes wonderful products not just smoothies. Everyone needs it!
I made this tonight as a waffle, using the vanilla protein powder and cocoa powder and it was SO GOOD. Definitely my favorite protein waffle I’ve made so far! I used Autumn’s recipe, but I added 1 tbsp of cocoa instead of 1 tsp And I also added lily’s chocolate chips. Served with Autumns homemade whip cream. So. Good.
It’s 9pm and literally just made this out of curiosity. wow the consistency tastes like a cupcake. I FINALLY found something to curb my sweet tooth without having to feel guilty. Thanks for sharing

Thank you so much for this recipe. I made it tonight, but I baked it. I made sure to take it out when the toothpick was slightly moist. It turned out amazing and very moist and soooo yummy. It wasn’t dry. It was the perfect no guilt dessert. ❤️

This is just a heads up and a update from my last comment, the protein powder matters!!! I used Cave chocolate protein powder and it turned out delicious both times then I used my husband’s protein protein powder Body Fortress for him and it was disgusting, so dry. My protein has stevia and all natural ingredients. Made with the right protein powder it’s like a lava cake. Also I cooked mine in microwave for 2 minutes every time.
Whey protein is derived from dairy which evokes IGF1 in the body linked to cancer, so definitely not a good option if you care about your health, and microwaves alter the molecular structure of food so this lady is giving awful advice. 👎🏼

I made it exactly as stated. It was dry and wasn't as sweet as I wanted. It definitely needs berries & whipped cream. I think I left it in the microwave for an extra 10-15 seconds by mistake (total time 1 min 10-15 secs). The good thing is that it is soo filling!
I definitely agree that even a touch too long in the microwave makes all the difference, I’m super careful about not overdoing low carb mug cakes and actually now I prefer the oven.

I'm not saying that healthy people like her don't indulge at times, but I'm guessing she eats very, very, very little regular/white flour. I consider myself a healthy person and never touch the stuff. My recommendation is don't do it.

I don't ever use almond flour, because I don't have a gluten allergy, so regular flour is really all I buy.. the brownie just looks so good, so I was just wondering if I could still get the same consistently with regular flour.
@@laurie896 yeah white flour is considered by some to be as bad if not worse than granulated table sugar. It's basically just refined crap. Think about what cakes, cookies, muffins and everything in the bakery section of a grocery store is made with...just nasty white flour and sugar. Unfortunately, that's the stuff that makes probably 2/3 of Americans overweight or obese. A quick Google search on white flour will give mostly terrible feedback. I'm just speaking from a health standpoint. It seems to me you are just simply looking for a good tasty alternative since you don't have almond flour. I personally don't see how you could go wrong with white flour if that's what you want.
You might have to tweak the recipe. I would try half the amount of flour and go from there. Grain flours (wheat or rice) are more absorbent than almond flour.

I have tried like 4 types of whey powder now and I hate the taste of all. What whey powder tastes the least like... whey powder? 😂 Even Twix Whey didn't cut it!
So sorry to say this was not good. Maybe it's because I used Greek yogurt in place of the banana, not sure. It just wasn't any different than other "brownies" I have tried like this, still mostly flavorless, dry and not a good feel in the mouth. Thank goodness I had PB2 I could make a little drizzle to put on the top so I could eat it and not waste that very expensive protein powder. 😢

Leaving it in the microwave for too long can make it dry out. I would suggest microwaving it for less time - mine came out perfect! 😋

A pinch of salt will amp up the chocolate flavor. A teaspoon or two of oil (I used MCT oil) will improve moisture.
