have to say that this recipe for a mug/ramekin cake is hands down THE best. I occasionally have a craving for something chocolatey and have tried so many recipes, only to be disappointed with the result. But I decided to give this one a go and boy am I glad I did! Only difference I made to my first try was to grate half a square of 100% dark chocolate into the batter. I did use the microwave and a ramekin, which led to an uneven cake, but it cooked for the 1 minute and was left to sit for another 5+, at which time it was perfect! Moist and delicious. Going to use the oven next time 😋

Bro, I made it today in the oven and I added a piece of cream cheese to the mixture (for moisture) and at the 17 minute mark, I took it out and added a square of Lindt 95% cocoa (broken into small pieces) on top and then put it back in the oven for the last three minutes. Something so heavenly good and is good for you. I am making this every weekend just like the Blueberry Muffins.

I think more and more people on keto are starting to lean towards towards higher protein. When I started keto..everyone was telling me..."don't eat too much protein..it will kick you out of ketosis " I obeyed and paid for it. I have gone ketovore and mostly carnivore and am finally healing from all that went wrong with moderate protein keto diet. Recipie looks good.

After being on strict keto for a year....losing hair..keto flu. after a year..for the first time in my life (age 60 at the time) I developed psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. Very painful and itchy. Continued listening to Dr berg who did nothing for me. His two topical treatments for dermatitis made me worse and the one with basil oil and fkax seed oil burned me so bad I ended up in the ER. I then started reading and studying carnivore. I am currently starting my 4th week. My psoriasis is almost completely gone. Seborrheic dermatitis is about 80% gone. Rosacia is fighting but losing. Right now I am going total carnivore. I plan to introduce veggies as I heal. Be well
Better to undercook it so you have the center semi liquid and edges cooked, like that you wont need to take a gulp of water after every bite because its too dry.

(Also using Perfect Aminos, resistance training Doug McGuff style, and seeing good results at age 60.) Thanks for this recipe. I even have the applesauce on hand for another recipe that I haven't even tried yet. Also, sorry to hear that a certain person ripped off your recipe and published it as his own. That's just awful. I did it with my fermented vegan protein powder and it worked really well! Since I didn't have cooking spray, I spreaded the rest of the egg throughout the recipient so the cake doesn't stick to it and it worked fine. Next time, I would personally choose to add baking soda cause my cake was too flat... Anyways, thank you very much for sharing and can't wait to see your other vids!

It took me 2 min in my microwave. i don't know if it's because of the microwave or the protein. in any case a great recipe and easy to make. New recipe for you to try. I discovered it by accident. I don’t bother with measuring things so thought you could make an official version. Two big spoonfuls of organic pasture-raised plain Greek yogurt, one big spoonful of mascarpone cheese, confectioners Swerve, dark cocoa powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, chocolate stevia, stir together. No cooking necessary. Then I top it off with few organic raspberries and blueberries. It’s like chocolate heaven in a bowl.
Fun fact stop counting calories. Less calories doesn’t make it healthy I give you an example. Take two apples each apple 100 calories each. Take a can of soda which is 140 calories. Which one is healthier the two apples. Why because less sugar and it’s a natural sugar.

This is my new favorite breakfast and it keeps me full for hours!! I add a tablespoon of peanut butter on top after I take it out of the microwave 😋

Pre-keto I always used unsweetened applesauce to replace the oil. Glad to see I can use it here again. It makes things so moist. Yum!

keto is STILL low carb. literally the only difference is replacing high fat with higher protein.
